이 연구는 핸드볼선수가 지각한 지도자의 변혁적 리더십과 집단응집력 및 인지된 경기력의 관계를 실증적으로 구명하는데 목적이 있었다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 대한체육회에 등록된 핸드볼선수 291명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였으며 자료 분석은 IBM SPSS Statistics 21 프로그램을 이용하였다. 분석과정은 연구대상의 인구통계학적 특성을 분석하기 위한 빈도분석 조사도구의 구인타당도와 내적 일관성을 검증하기 위한 탐색적 요인분석과 신뢰도 분석 연구변인들의 관계를 검증하기 위한 상관관계분석과 표준중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이상의 자료 분석을 토대로 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째 핸드볼선수가 지각한 지도자의 변혁적 리더십은 집단응집력에 유의한 영향을 미친다. 둘째 핸드볼선수가 지각한 지도자의 변혁적 리더십은 인지된 경기력에 유의한 영향을 미친다. 셋째 핸드볼선수의 집단응집력은 인지된 경기력에 영향을 미친다.
The purpose of the study was to verify the relationship between transformational leadership, group cohesiveness, and recognizable athletic performance perceived by Handball players. In order to achieve the research goal, 291 handball players registered with the Korea Sports Council were surveyed. IBM SPSS Statistics 21 program was used for the analysis of data. This study was conducted by frequency analysis for analysis demographic characteristic of subjects, factor analytic investigation and reliability analysis to look into the internal consistency and construct validity. Lastly, this study was utilized by correlation analysis and standard multiple regression analysis to analyze the relationship between factors. The conclusion came out of data will be as follows. First, group cohesiveness was influenced by transformational leadership perceived by handball players. Second, transformational leadership perceived by handball players had a significant impact on recognizable athletes performance. Third, group cohesiveness of handball players had an impact on recognizable athletes performance.
