본 연구의 목적은 지역아동센터종사자가 지각하는 조직공정성이 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향관계를 분석하고, 그 영향관계에서 임파워먼트의 매개 효과를 검증하는데 있다. 본 연구를 위하여 SPSS Statistics Version 22.0 프로그램을 활용 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지역아동센터 종사자가 지각하는 조직공정성이 직무만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 하위요인별로 보면 분배공정성과 절차공정성은 직무만족에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았고, 상호작용공정성은 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 지역아동센터 종사자가 지각하는 조직공정성이 조직몰입에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 하위요인별로 보면 분배공정성과 절차공정성은 조직몰입에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤고 상호작용공정성은 조직몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 넷째 임파워먼트는 직무만족에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 임파워먼트는 조직몰입에 유의한 정 (+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of organizational justice perceived by community child center workers on job satisfaction and organizational commitment and to examine the mediated effect of empowerment in the relationship. This research, using SPSS Statistics Version 22.0, has shown that following results. First, the organizational justice perceived by community child center workers has a significant effect on job satisfaction. By subcomponents, Interaction justice had significant positive effect on job satisfaction while distributive justice procedural justice did not. Second, organizational justice perceived by community child center workers has an effect on organizational commitment. Additionally, Distribution justice and procedural had a positive (+) effect on organizational commitment while interaction justice did not. Third, empowerment, in the effect of organizational justice on job satisfaction was considered as a significant mediated effect. Fourth, empowerment, in the effect of organizational justice on organizational commitment, was considered as a significant mediating effect.
