가정은 영아들의 사회성이 형성되는 곳으로 가정에서의 부모의 교육과 역할은 매우 중요하다. 그러나 급격한 산업화로 인한 사회변화 현상으로 여성의 사회진출은 증가하고 가정은 기능에서 많은 변화를 가져왔다. 본 연구의 목적은 어머니의 양육태도와 아버지의 양육태도가 정서지능에 미치는 영향을 알아보고 영아 시기는 정서 지능을 발달시키는데 중요한 시기임을 알고 좀 더 영아의 정서 지능에 관련된 연구가 폭넓게 마련될 필요가 있다. 본 연구의 방법은 문헌연구를 통한 실증적 연구를 시행하였다.

Home is where the social nature of infants is formed and parents' education and role in the home is very important. However, due to the social changes caused by rapid industrialization, women's advancement into society increased and families brought about many changes in function. The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of mother's upbringing and father's upbringing on emotional intelligence, to find out that the infant period is an important time for developing emotional intelligence, and more studies related to the emotional intelligence of infants need to be made widely. The method of this study was to conduct empirical research through the study of literature.
