목적 : 본 연구는 장애인 근로자들에게 최적의 보조공학 서비스를 제공하기 위해서 보조공학 서비스 지원사업과 관련이 있는 장애인 근로자와 실무자를 대상으로 보조공학기기 서비스 HUB 구축의 타당성을 알아보고자 하였다.
연구방법 : 보조공학기기 서비스 HUB 구축의 타당성을 알아보기 위해 현상학적 연구를 사용하였다. 본 연구의 대상자는 보조공학 서비스 지원사업과 관련 있는 장애인 근로자, 사업주, 납품업체, 공단 관계자 및 보조공학 전문가로 총 24명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료 수집을 위해 면담 조사를 이용하였고, 녹음한 면담 내용은 전사하고 분석하였다.
결과 : 연구 결과는 중심주제 3개와 구성요소 6개, 의미 단위 16개를 도출하였다. 연구 결과는 보조공학기기 서비스 HUB 구축의 필요성, 보조공학 서비스 지원사업의 개선방안, 보조공학기기 서비스 HUB의 운영방안을 주제로 분석하였다. 보조공학기기 서비스 HUB 구축의 필요성은 보조공학 서비스에서 필요한 사항과 현재 보조공학 서비스의 문제점을 통해 인지하게 되었고, 보조공학 서비스 지원사업의 개선방안은 보조공학 서비스 절차에 대한 개선과 지원에 대한 확대로 인지하였으며, 보조공학기기 서비스 HUB의 운영방안은 요구되는 인력과 기능과 지원 및 품목관리를 중요하게 생각하였다.
결론 : 보조공학기기 서비스 HUB 구축에서 중요한 것은 보조공학기기에 대한 전문적인 정보 및 상담을 통한 맞춤형 서비스를 지원으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과로 보조공학기기 서비스 HUB 구축되어 장애인 근로자들에게 안정적이고 생산적인 직업생활로 이끌어 삶의 질이 향상되기를 기대한다. 이를 통하여 보조공학기기 서비스 HUB 구축의 방향을 설정하고, 국내의 보조공학 관련 제도를 위한 기초자료가 되고자 한다.

Objective : The purpose of this study is to investigate the feasibility of establishing an Assistive Technology Devices Service HUB for disabled workers and practitioners related to the Assistive Technology support project in order to provide optimal Assistive Technology devices to the disabled workers.
Methods : A phenomenological study was used to examine the feasibility of constructing an Assistive Technology Devices Service HUB. The participants were 24 persons in total, and the disabled workers, business owners, suppliers, industrial officials, and Assistive Technology experts.
Results : This study drew 3 themes, 6 Components and 16 meaning unit. The results were analyzed into 3 themes: Necessity of Establishment of Assistive Technology Devices Service HUB, Improvement plan for Assistive Technology support project, Operation plan of Assistive Technology Devices Service HUB. The necessity of Establishment of Assistive Technology Support Center include the needs in Assistive Technology Services, current issues with Assistive Technology services. The improvement plan for Assistive Technology support project was recognized as improvement to Assistive Technology service procedure, expansion of support. The operation plan of Assistive Technology Devices Service HUB considered the required manpower, skill, support, item management as important.
Conclusions : The important thing in the establishment of the Assistive Technology Devices Service HUB was found to be support for customized services through professional information and consultation. This study, it is expected that an Assistive Technology Devices Service HUB will be established, leading to a stable and productive professional life for the disabled workers, and improving the quality of life.
