이 연구는 한국의 정치 팬클럽에 관한 시민 설문조사 결과를 바탕으로 디지털 시민 정치참여 강화와 과잉의 딜레마 상황을 분석하고자 한다. 디지털 기술을 이용한 시민참여가 민주주의를 강화하기도 하지만, 역설 적으로 민주주의의 발전을 저해할 가능성에 대해 분석하고자 한다. 이를 통해 디지털 시민 정치참여 강화를 위한 다층적 통치성의 정립 필요성을 제시하고자 한다. 세부적 분석 대상은 정치 팬클럽 또는 정치 팬덤 시민 의식 설문조사를 중심으로 분석했다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 정치 팬클럽에 대 한 부정적인 시민의식이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 정치 팬클럽 활동 을 긍정적으로 평가할수록 관습적 정치참여, 비관습적 정치참여, 온라인 정치참여 지향이 강한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 다중회귀분석 결과, 정치 팬클럽이 자발적 시민참여의 한 방식이란 평가는 여성일수록, 젊은 세대 일수록, 그리고 이념적으로 진보적일수록 강한 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 정치 팬클럽이 열성 지지자들의 목소리만 반영한다는 평가는 고연령일수 록, 그리고 이념적으로 보수적일수록 강한 것으로 나타났다.

This study aims to analyze the situation of strengthening digital citizen political participation and excessive dilemma, focusing on the results of a citizen survey on political fan clubs in Korea. Citizen participation using digital technology can strengthen democracy, but paradoxically, we want to analyze the possibility of hindering the development of democracy. Through this, I would like to suggest the necessity of establishing governmentality to strengthen digital citizen political participation. The subject of detailed analysis was analyzed centering on the political fan club or political fandom citizenship survey. As a result of the analysis, first, negative civic awareness toward political fan clubs was found to be high. Second, the more positive the political fan club activities were evaluated, the stronger the orientation towards customary political participation, unconventional political participation, and online political participation.
