이 연구의 목적은 과학기술 시대 교육 기법으로서 코칭 기법 활용 가능성을 탐색하여 교육 현장에서의 적용 가능성을 모색하는 데 있다. 문헌 연구를 통하 여 가능성을 탐색한 결과는 다음과 같다. 과학기술 시대 교육 기법으로서 코칭 기법 활용 가능성은 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그 이유는 교수 설계 이론과 접목해 본 결과 교수 설계 이론의 절차에 코칭 기법을 적용할 수 있었다. 또한 코칭의 핵심은 경청을 기반으로 질문을 통하여 피드백하는 의사소통이기 때문에 과학 기술 시대 핵심역량 중 하나인 의사소통 역량을 육성하는 데도 적합한 것으로 확인하였다. 향후 코칭 기법을 수업에 적용하여 검증해 보는 후속 연구가 있기 를 기대한다.

The purpose of this study is to explore the potential of coaching techniques as educational techniques in the era of science and technology and to investigate their applicability in educational settings. Through a literature review, the potential of coaching techniques as educational techniques in the era of science and technology has been found to be high. This is because coaching techniques can be applied to the process of instructional design by integrating them with instructional design theories. Furthermore, coaching, which is based on active listening and feedback through questioning, is suitable for fostering communication skills, which are one of the key competencies in the era of science and technology. It is hoped that further research will be conducted to validate the application of coaching techniques in the classroom.
