본 연구는 사례연구로서 한중 문화교류 크리에이터로 활동하는 한 한 국 크리에이터의 내러티브를 통해 크리에이터의 직업 정체성 형성과정, 그리고 내포된 사회적 의미 추구를 구체화하는 데에 목적이 있다. 본 연 구에서는 신종직업인 크리에이터의 직업 정체성 형성과정을 크게 출현- 확립-동요-공고화 4단계로 범주화하여 살펴봤다. 크리에이터 종사자들은 주로 자기중심적이고 개성적인 성격 특성을 가지기 때문에 직업 정체성 이 개인의 성격과 적성에 출현하는 것으로 보인다. 구독자들에 대한 책 임감과 주변 사람들로부터 얻은 인정이 직업 정체성 확립 과정에서 중요 한 역할을 한다. 확립된 직업 정체성은 불안정한 요소로 인해 동요될 수 도 있고, 안정적인 수익을 창출하거나 불안정한 수익을 증가시키는 방식 을 통해 직업 정체성이 다시 공고해진다. 또 크리에이터가 직업 활동을 개인의 가치 추구 실현은 물론 사회적 의미 추구하는 데에 중요한 수단 으로 여기는 경향이 있는 것으로 보인다. 그러나 이러한 사회적 의미를 실현하는 과정에서는 불가피하게 사회적 한계가 존재하니 제약이 따를 수밖에 없었다.

As a case study, this study aims to concretize the formation process of creator's professional self-identity and the pursuit of social meaning contained in the story of a Korean-Chinese cultural exchange creator. In this study, the formation process of creator's professional self-identity is mainly divided into four stages: emergence, establishment, wavering and consolidation. Creator practitioners mainly have the characteristics of self-centeredness and individuality, so the professional self-identity appears in the personality and character of the individual. A sense of responsibility to subscribers and recognition from those around them play an important role in establishing a sense of professional self-identity. An established professional self-identity may be shaken by unstable factors, and it is reinforced again by creating stable gains or increasing unstable gains. In addition, creator tend to regard professional activities as an important means to realize their personal value pursuit and even the pursuit of social significance. However, in the process of realizing this social meaning, there are inevitable social limitations, which will be restricted.
