본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생을 대상으로 스트레스대처와 감사성향이 대인관계능력에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위해 수행하였다. 연구대상자는 D시에 소재한 일개 간호대학 재학 중인 127명의 학생이다. 자료수집 기 간은 2023년 7월 1일부터 7월 31일까지였으며, 온라인 자기보고식 설문 지를 이용하여 자료를 조사하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 26.0 프로 그램을 이용하여 기술통계, 독립표본 t검정, 일원분류 분산분석, 피어슨 의 상관관계, 다중 회귀로 분석하였다. 연구결과 대인관계능력에 미치는 영향 요인은 감사성향, 스트레스대처와 전공만족도 순이었으며, 이들 변 수의 설명력은 41.0%였다. 따라서 간호대학생의 대인관계능력을 향상시 키기 위해서는 감사성향, 스트레스대처 능력을 향상시킬수 있는 전략과 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of stress coping, gratitude disposition on interpersonal relationship ability in nursing students, The study subjects were 127 nursing students of a nursing college located in D city. The data collection period was from July 1 to July 31, 2023, and the survey was conducted using a self-report online questionnaire. The collected data was analyzed with the SPSS/WIN 26.0 program, descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson's correlation coefficient, multiple regression. The results of the data analysis confirmed that international relationship ability were gratitude disposition and stress coping, major satisfaction, and the explanatory power of these variables was 41.0%. Therefore, strategies and programs need to be developed to enhance gratitude disposition and stress coping to promote interpersonal relationship ability of nursing students.
