외국인 학습자들의 작문에는 이 연구는 모국어의 간섭, 과잉 일반화 등으로 오류가 나타난다. 본고에서는 오류 중 하나인 구어체의 원인을 탐색을 목적으로 한다. 대학에 재학 중인 외국인 학습자들의 작문에서 나타나는 구어체 양상을 분석하였고 그 원인을 탐색하기 위해 설문 조사 를 실시하였다. 그 결과 작문에서 줄임말과 유행어의 사용이 나타나는 것을 알 수 있었다. 구어체는 평소 사용하는 구어의 영향을 많이 받기 때문에 외국인 학습자들의 구어에 영향을 주는 것은 무엇인지 살펴보았 다. 설문 조사 결과 외국인 학습자들은 SNS등 신규 매체를 자주 사용하 여 한국어를 접하는 것으로 나타났다. 신규 매체는 문자 언어를 이용하 더라도 구어를 사용한 문체로 사용되고 있다. 외국인 학습자들의 언어 사용에 영향을 주며 이것이 작문에 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본고는 다양한 매체의 출현으로 구어체와 문어체의 경계가 점점 무너지 고 있는 현시점에서 외국인 학습자의 작문에서 나타난 구어의 양상을 살 펴보고 원인을 탐색했다는 점에서 의의를 갖는다.

In the compositions of foreign learners, errors in this study appear due to interference and the excessive generalization of the native language. This paper aims to explore the cause of colloquialism, one of the errors. The colloquial patterns that appear in the compositions of foreign learners enrolled in university were analyzed. A survey was conducted to explore the cause. As a result, it was found that the use of abbreviations and buzzwords appeared in writing. Since colloquialism is heavily influenced by the spoken language that is usually used, we looked at what affects the spoken language of foreign learners. As a result of the survey, it was found that foreign learners frequently use new media such as SNS to encounter Korean. New media is being used in a style that incorporates colloquial language, even when written language is used. It was found that this affects foreign learners' language use, which, in turn, affects writing. This paper is significant in that it has examined the aspects of spoken language in foreign learners' compositions and explored the cause at the present time when the boundary between spoken and written forms is gradually collapsing due to the emergence of various media.
