본 논문의 목적은 코로나 엔데믹을 맞이해서 교회 개척이 어려운 한국교회의 상황 속에 ‘멀티교회’라고 하는 선교적 교회 개척 모델을 연구하고 미래 시대에 맞는 교회 개척 방법을 제시하는데 있다. ‘멀티사 이트’와 다른 생소한 개념의 ‘멀티교회’을 이해하기 위해 공주 꿈의교회 로부터 시작해서 6개 교회가 개척되고 이 교회들의 연합체인 ‘꿈의 멀티교회’로 세워진 과정과 교회 개척 방법을 살펴보았다. 멀티교회의 개척자인 안희묵 목사의 교회 개척에 대한 목회 철학과 멀티교회의 핵심 요소를 연구함으로 하나님 나라의 확장과 지역사회 복음화에 이바지할 수 있는 선교적 교회 개척 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 멀티교회 에 대한 연구가 한국교회의 교회 개척 운동에 새로운 발판이 되길 기대한다.

The purpose of this paper is to study a missionary church development model called “Multi-Church” in the context of Korean churches. In order to understand “Multi-Site” and other unfamiliar concepts of “Multi-Church,” we looked at the process and method of missionary churches, starting with the Gong-Ju Dream Church, where six churches were planted and established as a “Multi-Church of Dreams,” a coalition of these churches. By studying the core elements of multi-churches, I would like to propose a missionary church development method that can contribute to the expansion of God’s kingdom and evangelizing the community. It is hoped that the study of multi-churches will serve as a new foothold in the Korean church’s movement to plant churches.
