본 연구는 진로전담교사의 평생학습 촉진역량을 구체적으로 규명하고 평 생학습 촉진역량을 진단할 수 있는 측정 도구를 개발하여 개발된 척도의 신 뢰도와 타당도를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구 대상은 진로전담교사 290명을 대상으로 진행하였다. 연구도구는 개발된 평생학습 촉진역량 척도, 학습동기, 긍정심리자본 척도를 사용하였다. 주요한 연구 결과를 제시하면 첫째, 델파이 조사와 탐색적 요인분석을 통해 생애설계역량, 디지털조절역 량, 디지털활용역량, 기업가정신역량, 자기계발역량의 5개 요인 22개 문항이 도출되었다. 둘째, 개발된 척도의 신뢰도가 높음을 확인하였다. 셋째, 공인타 당도 검증을 위해 개발된 척도와 학습동기, 긍정심리자본 간에 상관을 살펴 본 결과 유의미하게 나타나 개발된 척도의 타당도를 확인하였다. 이 연구는 학교 현장의 진로전담교사를 대상으로 평생학습 촉진역량의 구성요인을 탐 색하고 이를 측정할 수 있는 척도를 개발하였다는데 의의가 있다. 본 연구에 서 개발된 평생학습 촉진역량 척도는 평생학습 촉진역량 강화를 위한 유용 한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다. 또한 학교 현장에서 평생학습 참여에 관심과 변화를 일으키고, 평생학습 촉진역량을 강화하고 계발하기 위한 교육 프로그램 개발을 통한 평생학습 촉진역량의 발달에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to specifically identify the lifelong learning facilitation competencies of school career teachers, develop a scale that can diagnose lifelong learning facilitation competencies, and verify the reliability and validity of the developed scale. The subjects of this study were 290 school career teachers. The developed scale, learning motivation, and positive psychological capital scale were used as research scale. To present the main research results, first, five factors and 22 items were developed: life design competency, digital control competency, digital utilization competency, entrepreneurship competency, and self-development competency through Delphi survey and exploratory factor analysis. Second, the reliability of the developed scale was high. Third, the validity of the developed scale was significance between the developed scale, learning motivation, and positive psychological capital. This study is of great significance in that it explored the components of lifelong learning facilitation competencies for incumbent school career teachers and developed a scale to measure them. The developed scale can be used as useful basic data for strengthening lifelong learning facilitation competencies. It will also contribute to the development of lifelong learning facilitation capabilities through training to develop lifelong learning facilitation capabilities and educational program, which will create interest and change in lifelong learning in the school.
