본 연구는 중국 체류 시 인권유린과 함께 성적 학대를 경험한 북한이 탈여성의 외상 후 성장 경험에 대한 현상학적 연구이다. 본 연구에서는 북한이탈여성의 중국에서의 학대 경험과 한국에서의 회복 경험을 분석하 고자 했다. 연구에는 9명의 북한이탈여성이 참여했다. 연구방법은 현상학 적 연구로 접근했다. 자료 분석 결과 10개의 구성소요가 도출되었다. 이 는 잔인한 땅에서의 성노예, 인신매매의 공모 네트워크, 삶의 감옥에 갇 힌 수인, 자기의 파괴, 몫 없는 존재, 탈출 생명력, 손상된 정체성의 치 유, 사상의 해독에서 벗어나기, 주체적 자기 복권, 상처 입은 치유자로 제시했다. 연구결과에 근거하여 북한이탈여성의 외상 후 성장 경험에 대 한 회복을 지지할 수 있는 논의를 구체적으로 제언했다.

This study is a phenomenological study of the post-traumatic growth experiences of North Korean defector women who experienced human rights violations and sexual abuse while staying in China. This study sought to analyze experiences of abuse in China and recovery experiences in Korea. Nine North Korean defector women participated in the study. The research method was a phenomenological study. As a result of data analysis, 10 components were derived. This is sexual slavery in a cruel land, a collusion network of human trafficking, a prisoner trapped in the prison of life, destruction of the self, existence without a share, escape vitality, healing of damaged identity, escape from detoxification of thoughts, subjective self-rehabilitation, Presented as a healer of the wounded. Based on the research results, specific suggestions were made to discuss and support the recovery of North Korean defector women.
