본 연구는 아동의 자기이해와 회복탄력성이 학교생활적응에 어떠한 영향을 미칠 것인지를 알아보기 위 해 설정되었다. 가설 1은 아동의 자기이해가 학교생활적응에 영향을 미칠 것이다 이고, 연구가설 2는 아 동의 회복탄력성이 학교생활적응에 영향을 미칠 것이다 이다. 본 연구대상자는 인천광역시 초등학생 5～6학년 남녀학생들이다. 질문지는 총 230부를 배부하고 215 부를 회수하였으며 SPSS 21 통계프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과에 의한 결론은 다음과 같다. 아동의 자기이해(가설 1)와 회복탄력성(가설 2)이 학교생활적응 에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 자기이해와 회복탄력성이 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 F검정이 모두 유의미하게 나와 회귀모형이 모두 적합한 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 아동의 학교생활적응 을 높이기 위해서 학생 스스로 이해와 스트레스나 일상적인 생활에서 겪게 되는 문제에 대한 이겨낼 수 있는 내적인 힘인 회복탄력성을 높이는 방안을 더욱 강구하여 건강한 청소년기를 맞이할 수 있도록 해야 한다.

This study was designed to figure out the effect of children's self-understanding and resilience on their adaptation to school. Hypothesis 1 is that children's self-understanding will affect school adaptation. Hypothesis 2 is that children's resilience will affect school adaptation. The subjects are fifth~sixth grade elementary school students in Incheon. 230 questionnaires were distributed and 215 were returned. They were analyzed with statistical software, SPSS 21. The conclusion according to the results is as follows. Children's self-understanding (hypothesis 1) and resilience (hypothesis 2) affected school adaptation. By the analysis of the effect, all of F-test data were significant and the regression model was identified to be fit. Therefore, to enhance children's school adaptation, we have to help students to raise the understanding of themselves and their resilience, which is the internal energy that makes them overcome the stress and problems in the daily life.
