보육시설적응 과정에서 가장 많이 영향을 주는 집단은 가족이며, 그 중에서도 어머니의 직무만족 및 양육태도가 영유아의 보육시설적응뿐만 아니라 이후의 또래집단이나 사회생활 및 성격발달에도 중요한 영향을 미치게 된다. 본 연구의 결과 맞벌이가정 어머니의 직무만족이 영유아의 보육시설 적응과 어머니의 직무만족이 어 머니의 양육태도 및 어머니의 양육태도가 영유아의 보육시설 적응에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 맞벌이가정 어머니의 직무만족이 영유아의 보육시설 적응에 영향을 미치는데 있어 어머니의 양육태도는 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다.

The most influential group in the process of child care application is the family, and, among other things, the mother's job satisfaction and attitude will have an important impact on the child care facility application as well as on the subsequent peer group, social life and personality development. The results of this study showed that the job satisfaction of a dual-income mother and the mother's job satisfaction had a positive effect on the mother's attitude and the mother's attitude toward child care facilities, and that the mother's job satisfaction played a role in influencing the child's adaptability to the child's child care facilities.
