After that passed through more than 30 year peaceful times revising, announced“the common character table”in March, 1981, the altogether 1945 characters, being used in the education, the news, the magazine, the broadcast. The writing reform cannot give a thought to the respective culture and the language environment, but must consider fully past cultural heritage and present's international present situation to carry on methodically.
