본 연구의 목적은 선행연구의 이론에 근거하여, 보육교사와 유아의 상호작용 이 보육효능감에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 회복탄력성의 질을 높이는 방안을 모색하여 이를 바탕으로 보육교사와 유아의 보육효능감을 증진하여 영유아를 잘 보육할 수 있는 방향을 제시하고자 하며 본 연구에서는 보육교사와 유아의 상호작용과 보육효능감에서 회복탄력성의 인과관계 구조를 연구모형으로 설정 하고, 증적으로 살펴봄으로 보육교사와 유아의 상호작용과 보육효능감의 관계 에서 회복탄력성의 매개효과를 살펴보고 결과를 바탕으로, 보육교사와 유아의 상호작용이 보육효능감의 관계에서 보육효능감을 향상하기 위한 실증적 기초자 료 제공과 실천적 방안 마련을 목적으로 한다.
