본 연구는 양평군의 노인복지 향상을 위해 양평군에 거주하는 65세 이 상 노인들을 대상으로 복지실태를 조사함으로써 양평군 노인복지 정책 및 노인복지 발전을 위한 기초자료로 활용하기 위함이다. 양평군 노인의 삶 의 만족도의 경우 ‘자녀와의 관계’, ‘주거상태가 높게 나타났으며, 지역사 회 이용의 불편한 것으로는 ‘대중교통 이용 불편’, ‘의료시설 이용 불편’ 순으로 나타났다. 현재 일하는 이유는 생계비와 용돈 마련을 위해 일하고 있으며, 향후 일을 하고 싶지 않음에도 불구하고 생계비, 용돈 마련을 위 해 취업을 희망할 수 밖에 없다고 응답하였다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 제언을 하면, 첫째, 노인들의 가족관계 개선을 위 한 관심과 노력이 필요하다. 둘째, 양평군 노인복지 구현을 위해 복지서비 스의 통합과 거점 복지관 확충이 이루어져야 한다. 셋째, 양평군 노인들을 위한 맞춤형 일자리 확충이 필요하다.

This study aims to serve as foundational data for enhancing elderly welfare policies and development in Yangpyeong County by investigating the welfare conditions of residents aged 65 and older. Regarding life satisfaction among the elderly in Yangpyeong, relationships with children and housing conditions were identified as major contributors to satisfaction. However, difficulties were reported in accessing community resources, with challenges in public transportation and medical facility usage ranked as the most inconvenient. The primary reason for current employment among respondents was to secure living expenses and pocket money. Despite a lack of desire to work in the future, many expressed the need to seek employment due to financial necessities. Based on these findings, the following recommendations are proposed. First, Increased attention and efforts are needed to improve family relationships among the elderly, Second, To realize comprehensive welfare for the elderly in Yangpyeong, integration of welfare services and expansion of regional welfare centers are essential. Thurd, Customized job opportunities for the elderly in Yangpyeong should be actively expanded.
