보육교사와 유아의 상호작용이 보육효능감에 미치는 영향을 검증하고, 사회 적지지와 회복탄력성의 질을 높이는 방안을 모색하여 이를 바탕으로 보육교사 와 유아의 보육효능감을 증진하여 영유아를 잘 보육할 수 있는 방향을 제시하 고자 한다. 연구변인 간 상관성을 확인한 결과, 보육교사와 유아의 상호작용, 사회적지 지, 회복탄력성, 보육효능감 간에 유의한 상관관계를 보였고, 확인적 요인분석 결과 요인 적재값이 모두 유의하게 나타나 관측 변인들은 해당 잠재변인을 잘 반영하는 것으로 검증되었으며, 구조모형을 통해 연구변인 간 영향 관계를 검 증한 결과, 보육교사와 유아의 상호작용은 사회적지지, 회복탄력성, 보육효능감 에 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 미쳤고, 회복탄력성은 보육효능감에 유의한 정(+) 적 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 보육교사와 유아의 상호작용과 보육효능감 사이에서 회복탄력성은 매개역할을 하는 것으로 검증되었다. 따라서 보육교사와 유아의 상호작용은 회복탄력성을 매개하여 보육효능감에 간접적으로 영향을 미치는 것 으로 검증되었다. 이런 연구결과를 토대로 보육효능감을 높일 수 있는 회복탄력성이 매개역할 을 하는지 살펴봄으로써 유아의 성장 발달에 중요한 영향을 미치는 요인인 보 육교사의 역할이 교사와 유아의 상호작용을 통하여 유아들에게 질 높은 보육서 비스를 제공하고 보육효능감을 높일 수 있는 기초자료를 제시하였다는 것에 의 의가 있다.

The purpose of this study is to verify the effects of interaction between child care teachers and children on child care efficacy, and to find ways to improve the quality of social support and resilience. Based on this, this study aims to suggest a direction for child care by promoting child care efficacy between child care teachers and children. As a result of verifying the correlation between the research variables, there was a significant correlation between the interaction between the child care teachers and the child care teachers, social support, resilience, and child care efficacy. As a result of confirmatory factor analysis, all the factor loading values were significant, and the observation variables were verified to reflect the potential variables. It had a significant positive effect on efficacy.,In addition, resilience was proved to play a mediating role between child care teachers and children's interaction and child care efficacy.,Therefore, it was verified that interaction between child care teachers and children indirectly affected child care efficacy through mediating resilience. Based on the results of this study, it is meaningful that the role of childcare teachers, which is an important factor in the growth and development of young children, provides high quality childcare services to young children through interaction between teachers and young children and provides basic data to enhance childcare efficacy.
