본 연구는 2024년 1월 북한의 러시아-우크라이나 전쟁 파병이 한반도 의 안보 정세에 미치는 영향을 사회적 담론 측면에서 분석하는 데 목적 이 있다. 이를 위해 국내 언론보도 및 포털 빅데이터 총 15,470건을 수 집하였으며 텍스트마이닝과 사회연결망 분석(SNA) 기법을 활용하였다. 연구 결과, 북한 파병에 관한 언론보도 특징은 주로 군사적 측면의 담 론 및 외교 대응, 국내 정치적 반응, 국제사회의 안보에 미치는 영향이 라는 주요 담론으로 나타나고 있었으며, 포털 빅데이터에서는 북한 파 병 병력의 규모 및 작전 수행, 피해, 드론과 같은 무기체계, 포로와 사 상자 등 실질적 관련 이슈가 주요 핵심 담론으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 군사적 대응 전략의 강화와 외교적 대응 조치의 마련, 국민적 안보의식 제고 등의 정책적 시사점과 대응 방안을 제언하였다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of North Korea's dispatch of troops to the Russia-Ukraine War in January 2024 on the security situation on the Korean Peninsula from the perspective of social discourse. To this end, a total of 15,470 domestic media reports and portal big data were collected, and text mining and social network analysis (SNA) techniques were utilized. As a result of the study, the characteristics of media reports on North Korea's dispatch of troops were mainly expressed as major frames such as military-related discourse and diplomatic response, domestic political response, and impact on international security. In portal big data, the size of North Korea's dispatched troops, operational performance, damage, weapon systems such as drones, prisoners of war, and casualties were the main core discourses. Through this, policy implications and response measures such as strengthening military response strategies, preparing diplomatic response measures, and enhancing national security awareness were suggested.
