본 연구는 순창발효테마파크 방문객을 대상으로 이용행태와 외부 공간에 대한 중요도-성취도 분석을 통해 활성화를 위한 관리 방안을 제시하고자 수행되었다. 설문조사는 2024년 5월 18일부터 19일까지 진행되었으며, 총 204부의 설문지가 분석에 활용되었다. 조사 결과, 방문객의 대부분은 가족 단위의 반 일 일정으로 테마파크를 방문했으며, 주요 목적은 놀이시설 이용과 체험 프로그램 참여로 나타났다. 방문객의 체류시간은 절반 이상이 2-3시간으로 짧았으며, 어린이를 동반한 경우 체류시간이 더 길어지 는 경향이 있었다. 중요도와 성취도 분석 결과, 지속유지가 필요한 영역으로는 이용 쾌적성, 이용 안전 성, 다양한 활동 지원성이 확인되었으며, 집중 개선이 요구되는 영역으로는 녹지 휴게성이 도출되었다. 반면, 낮은우선순위 영역은 야경 매력성, 예술성, 계절별 개화성이었다. 이에 본 연구는 놀이형 교육 콘 텐츠 개발, 쾌적한 휴식 공간 조성, 계절별 경관 관리 강화 등 구체적인 관리 방안을 제시하였으며, 관광 객 유치 확대를 위해서는 우선순위가 낮은 영역도 새로운 관리방향의 모색이 필요하다.
This study was conducted to propose management strategies for revitalization through an analysis of users’ Behavior and importance-performance analysis of outdoor spaces, targeting visitors to Sunchang Fermentation Theme Park. The survey was conducted from May 18 to 19, 2024, and a total of 204 responses were analyzed. Most visitors were family groups who visited the park for a half-day trip, primarily to use amusement facilities and participate in experiential programs. More than half of the visitors stayed for 2–3 hours, with longer stays observed when accompanied by children. The Importance-Performance Analysis revealed that areas requiring continuous maintenance included amenity of use, safety of use, and affordance for various activities. Shelter and shade tree were identified as areas requiring focused improvement. Meanwhile, lower-priority areas included attractive night landscapes, artistic quality, and seasonal blooming. Based on these findings, this study proposes management strategies such as developing educational entertainment contents, creating comfortable rest areas and enhancing seasonal landscape management. In addition, to attract more tourists, it is necessary to explore new management approaches even for areas that are currently considered low priority.
