최근 우리나라는 사회적 영향으로 여성의 경제활동 참여가 늘어나면 서 맞벌이 가구 비중이 높아지는 만큼 양질의 보육서비스 제공이 절실 히 필요한 실정이다. 공급자 중심의 단편적인 보육 정책이 아닌 보육교 사와 영유아와의 상호작용을 높이고 애착형성을 증진하여 양질의 보육 서비스 방향을 제시하며, 영유아의 애착형성에서 심리적안녕감과 교수효 능감의 매개효과를 검증하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 본 연구결과에서 영유아의 성장 발달에 미치는 중요한 요인인 교사와 영유아와의 상호작용이 애착형성에 미치는 영향에서 심리적 안녕감과 교수효능감은 매개역할을 하는 것으로 확인되었다. 이를 통해 보육교사 가 영유아들에게 질 높은 보육서비스를 제공하고 애착형성을 높일 수 있는 기초자료를 제공했다는 점에 의의가 있다.

In recent years, as the participation of women in economic activities has increased due to social influences, the proportion of dual-income households has increased, and it is urgently necessary to provide quality childcare services.,The purpose of this study is to enhance the interaction between child care teachers and infants, to suggest the direction of quality child care service by promoting attachment formation, and to verify the mediating effect of psychological well-being and teaching efficacy in the attachment formation of infants and young children. In the results of this study, it was confirmed that psychological well-being and teaching efficacy play a mediating role in the influence of interaction between teachers and infants, which is an important factor in the growth and development of infants, on attachment formation.,Through this, it is meaningful that childcare teachers provided basic data to provide high quality childcare services to infants and to increase attachment formation.
