본 연구의 목적은 선행연구이론에 근거하여, 보육교사의 전문성이 영 유아와의 상호작용에 미치는 영향을 검증하고, 자아존중감과 회복탄력 성을 높이는 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 보육교사 전문성은 회복탄력성을 매개하여 영유아와의 상호작용에 간 접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다. 본 연구를 통하여 보육교사와 영유아의 상호작용을 향상하고 자아존중 감과 회복탄력성을 높일 수 있는 방안을 제공했다는 점에 의의가 있다.

The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of childcare teachers' professionalism on interaction with infants and to find ways to improve self-esteem and resilience based on previous research theory. Childcare teachers' professionalism was verified to have an indirect effect on interaction with infants through mediating resilience. This study is meaningful in that it provided a plan to improve the interaction between childcare teachers and infants and to increase self-esteem and resilience.
