본 연구는 학부모의 학교교육 참여가 학교장의 수업리더십, 교사효능 감 을 매개로 학생 학업성취도에 미치는 영향 분석에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 한국교육과정평가원에서 실시한 2020년 국가수준 학업 성취도 평가에 참여한 고등학교 학생 10,526명의 데이터를 활용하여 구 조방정식모형(SEM) 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, ① 학부모의 학교교 육 참여는 교사효능감과 학교장 수업리더십에 부정적 영향을 주었고, ② 학생의 학업성취도에는 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 또한, ③ 교사효능감과 학교장 수업리더십은 학생의 학업성취도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 결과 가 도출되었다. 마지막으로, ④ 교사효능감과 학교장 수업리더십은 학부 모의 학교교육 참여와 고등학생의 학업성취 사이에서 통계적으로 유의미 한 매개효과를 보였다. 본 연구는 이상의 결과에 기초하여 ① 본 연구 결과를 활용한 학부모 학교교육 참여 정책 논거 확보 및 정책 홍보 강 화, ② 학부모 학교교육 참여 효과 증대를 위해 우리나라 교원의 학부모 학교교육 참여에 대한 부정적 감정과 인식 완화 조치 필요 등의 시사점 을 논의하고, 결론을 도출하였다.

This study aimed to analyze the impact of parental involvement in schooling (PIS) on student academic achievement (SAA) through mediating factors such as the principal's instructional leadership (PIL) and teacher efficacy (TE). To this end, this study utilized data from 10,526 high school students who participated in the 2020 National Achievement Test, and conducted multiple regression analysis and structural equation modeling analysis. The results were as follows: First, PIS showed a positive direct effect on SAA; Second, the results suggest that the more parents pay attention to their children's school life and the higher their expectations for school education, the lower TE becomes, and the more difficult it may be for principals to exercise instructional leadership; Finally, TE and PIL each played a statistically significant mediating role between PIS and high school SAA.
