The music major of local undergraduate colleges is a specific unit for cultivating applied music talents. The article takes the music major of Hunan City College of Art as an example. According to the functions of colleges and universities serving local economy and culture, in terms of the training of applied music talents, it is required to have both the qualification of music teachers and the qualification of performing arts in terms of professional ability; The focus is on "diversified sources of learning and diverse sources of business."
