초록

The development of local culture has become a way of cultural survival. Chinese people have neglected the traditional music culture, since modern music education in China has been deeply influenced by western music education theory. In addition, the multicultural music which produced by people in different living environment and historical background has its own value characteristics and is worth to learn from. The General Secretary Xi Jinping mentioned at the Symposium of Literature and Art: "Open our own way following the ancients, in order to achieve the creative transformation of Chinese culture and innovative development." From that we can see the importance of traditional culture in our country. And as music educators should inherit and develop national culture from the traditional music; and China should establish its own music education system to protect Chinese culture. As a country with many nations in harmonious coexistence, all have formed peculiar custom, language and cultural characteristics in the long-term development. The vocal music system of mother tongue, relevant mother-tongue music curriculum and teaching content, are the foundation of the traditional national culture. In order to make our country vocal music education toward mother tongue culture and reflect national characteristics should first break through the basic music teaching system. The text makes a study on the relationship between the connotation of Chinese "mother tongue" culture and vocal music education. And probes into the necessity of implementing "mother tongue" vocal music education from the aspects of theoretical, practical significance and problems facing.
