"Choral art" and "cultural construction" are closely connected.Taking how choral art platform of Hubei Polytechnic University is serving the local public cultural construction of Huangshi City as an example, this paper explores how to make use of the choral art professional platform of colleges and universities give play to the advantages of talent resources and professional gathering, and promote the construction of local public cultural service. Through practice, while cultivating diverse service means, the cultural accomplishment and aesthetic taste of the masses are cultivated, so as to promote the perfection and development of local public cultural service undertakings, meet people's demand for public cultural service products, and promote social harmony.

“合唱艺术”与“文化建设”是具有广泛联系的。本文以湖北理工学院合唱艺术平台服务 黄石市地方公共文化建设为例, 探索如何利用高校合唱艺术专业平台, 发挥人才资源优 势和专业聚集优势, 促进地方公共文化服务建设的有效途径。通过实践, 在培育多样服务 手段的同时, 培养群众的文化修养和审美品位, 从而推动地方公共文化服务事业的完善和 发展, 满足人们对公共文化服务产品的需求, 促进社会的和谐。
