본 연구에서는 새로운 통풍 치료제 개발에 필요한 정보를 얻기 위하여 한약(韓藥)의 통풍과 관련된 연구를 조사하였다. 통풍을 키워드로 인터넷 사이트 KISS, KCI, RISS 등을 이용하여 한약(韓藥)의 통풍과 관련된 논 문 17편을 수집하였다. 그다음 통풍 치료에는 주로 열을 내리게 하는 한약(韓藥), 풍습을 멎게 하는 한약, 혈 을 보하고 혈을 멎게 하는 한약(韓藥)이 사용된다. 통풍 치료에 대한 약물의 효능과 평가지표에 따라 분석하 였다. 또한 통풍 치료의 평가지표에서 선행연구에 사용된 한약이 혈청 내 요산과 크레아티닌을 감소시키는 것 으로 나타났다.

Objectives : In this study, I surveyed papers on the gout-related research in Korean herbal medication for obtain necessary information about the development of new gout treatment. Method : I collect 17 reserch papers on the gout-related research in Korean herbal medication in use of the internet site KISS, KCI, RISS. etc. using keyword gout. Then I analyzed them according to the efficacy of medication and index of evaluation for gout treatment. Result & Conclusion : Mostly, herb medicine that clear heat, herb medicine that dispel wind-damp & herb medicine that invigorate the blood and dispel the blood stasis are applied for gout treatment. Also, In index of evaluation for gout treatment, the Korean herbal medications that used in reserched papers reduced uric acid and creatinine in serum.
