Korean and North American Consumer Review Text Mining - Focusing on the car of global company T -
Now that the trend of digital transformation (DT) is accelerating after COVID-19, cross-border business activities are becoming easier. Accordingly, global companies are conducting business activities targeting global customers, from production to sales, away from business activities limited to specific regions. This study aims to find ways to discover the differentiated sensibilities of consumers in each country by applying text-mining technique to consumer reviews left by consumers in Korea and North America about the vacuum cleaner of global company T.
