청정 수소는 지속 가능한 경영과 에너지 전환을 실현하는 중요한 요소로 부각되고 있다. 유럽연합은 탄소중립 목표 달성을 위해 청정 수소 공급망 구축을 적극적으로 추진하고 있으 며, 산업 전반의 탈탄소화를 가속화하고 있다. 청정 수소 경제를 성공적으로 구현하기 위해 서는 체계적인 공급망 구축과 정책적 지원이 필수적이며, 관련 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구는 유럽의 청정 수소 공급망 구축 사례분석을 통해 지속 가능한 경영과 에너지 전환에 대한 시 사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 유럽의 청정 수소 공급망 구축이 지속 가능한 경영과 에너지 전환에 미치는 영 향을 분석하고, 시사점을 도출하는 데 목적이 있다. 사례분석을 통해 유럽의 청정 수소 공급 망 구축 사례를 조사하고, 주요 정책과 프로젝트를 중심으로 분석하였다. 또한 지속 가능한 경영과 에너지 전환의 관점에서 청정 수소의 기대효과를 정성적으로 평가하였다. 연구 결과, 유럽의 청정 수소 공급망 구축은 산업 전환, 탄소중립 목표 달성, 에너지 안보 강화, 경제성장 및 일자리 창출 등 광범위한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 유럽 각 정부의 정책적 지원이 청정 수소 공급망 구축에 핵심 요인임도 확인하였다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 유 럽의 청정 수소 공급망 구축 사례를 분석하여 우리나라가 고려해야 할 정책적 방향을 제시하 였다. 구체적이고 명확한 정책 방향 및 실행 체계 확립, 공공·민간 협력 강화, 국제협력을 통 한 글로벌 수소 공급망 구축, 청정 수소 산업을 위한 인력 양성 등의 전략이 필요하다는 점 을 강조하였다. 향후 연구에서는 우리나라의 정책적·경제적·산업적 특성을 반영하여 구체적인 청정 수소 공급망 구축 로드맵을 제시하고, 경제적 타당성을 분석하여 실질적인 정책 대안을 도출할 필요가 있다.

Clean hydrogen is essential for sustainable management and energy transition. The EU promotes clean hydrogen infrastructure to achieve carbon neutrality and industrial decarbonization. Successful implementation requires systematic infrastructure and policy support. This study analyzes European cases to derive key insights. This study analyzes European clean hydrogen infrastructure, focusing on key policies and projects, and qualitatively evaluates its impact on sustainable management and energy transition. Europe's clean hydrogen infrastructure drives industrial transformation, carbon neutrality, energy security, economic growth, and jobs, with policy support as a key factor. This study suggests policy directions for South Korea, emphasizing a clear framework, public-private cooperation, global supply chain development, and workforce training. Future research should refine a roadmap and assess economic feasibility.
