The Effect of Clinical Practice Stress and Clinical Practice Self Efficacy on Majority Satisfaction of the Nursing Students
본 연구는 간호대학생의 임상실습스트레스, 임상실습관련 자기효능감이 전공만족도에 미치는 효과를 확인하고자 시행하였다. 1학기 이상 임상실습을 수행한 간호대학생 3.4학년 161명을 대상으로 2025년 4월 1일부터 4월 30일까지 설문조사 하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS program을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe’s test, Pearson’s correlation coefficients, 다중회귀분석을 하였다. 연구결과, 전공만족도 는 임상실습 스트레스와 음의 상관관계를(r=-.193, p=.014) 임상실습관련 자기효능감과 양의 상관관계를 (r=489, p<.001) 보였다. 전공만족도에 영향을 준 요인은 임상실습관련 자기효능감, 임상실습 만족도였으 며(F=39.512, p<.001) 모형의 설명력은 33.3% 였다. 따라서 간호대학생의 전공만족도를 향상시키기 위해 임상실습관련 자기효능감과 임상실습 만족도를 올릴 수 있는 교육적 전략의 수립이 필요하다.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the clinical practice stress, clinical practice self efficacy, and majority satisfaction and to identify the factors affecting majority satisfaction of targeted third-forth grade nursing students who has performed nursing practice. Subjects were 161 students and data were collected by questionnaires from April 1 to April 30, 2025. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe’s test, Pearson correlation coefficients and regression analysis. Clinical practice stress was negative correlated with majority satisfaction(r=-.193, p=.014). Clinical practice self efficacy was positive correlated with majority satisfaction(r=489, p<.001), Clinical practice self efficacy and practice satisfaction were main factors that affect majority satisfaction(F=39.512, p<.001), with the model explaining 33.3% of the variance. These results suggest to establish an educational strategy to improve clinical practice self efficacy and clinical practice stress for majority satisfaction.
