본 연구는 아동학대 예방과 회복에 영향을 미치는 다양한 요인들을 분 석하고 예방과 중단, 회복을 위한 실천적 제언을 하고자 하는 목적을 지 니고 있다. 구체적으로 아동학대 예방과 중단, 회복을 주제로 수행된 국 내 문헌들을 체계적으로 고찰하여 아동학대로부터 아동과 가족, 사회를 보호하기 위한 통합적 문헌고찰 연구이다. 연구자는 통합적 문헌고찰 연 구에서 제언하는 방식을 통해 문헌을 검색하였고, 35개의 논문을 최종적 으로 선정하였다. 본 통합적 문헌고찰의 연구문제는 아동학대 피해아동 의 회복을 위한 프로그램과 효과성, 아동보호전문기관의 사례관리, 아동 학대 신고와 개입, 아동학대의 중단과 회복은 어떠한가이다. 연구결과에 근거하여 아동보호전문기관의 기능확장과 전문성 강화, 아동학대에 대한 사회교육 프로그램의 강화, 포용적 가족정책 구현을 위한 적극적 개입, 아동학대 가해부모의 특성과 가정의 특성에 맞는 적극적 개입 프로그램 등의 제언을 하였다.

This study aims to analyze factors influencing the prevention and recovery of child abuse and to provide practical implications for its prevention, cessation, and recovery. To achieve this purpose, an integrative literature review was conducted on domestic studies addressing the prevention, cessation, and recovery of child abuse. Following the procedures of integrative review methodology, a total of 35 studies were selected and analyzed. The review focused on programs and their effectiveness for the recovery of child abuse victims, case management practices in Child Protection Agencies, reporting and intervention processes, and issues related to the cessation and recovery of child abuse. Based on the findings, several implications are suggested, including expanding the functions and professional capacity of Child Protection Agencies, strengthening social education programs on child abuse prevention, promoting proactive interventions for inclusive family policies, and developing intervention programs tailored to the characteristics of abusive parents and family contexts.
