본 연구는 영상기반 학습을 통해 부모상담을 가족역동성의 관점에서 통합적으로 이해하고, 대학원생의 부모상담 역량을 강화하기 위한 목적 이 있다. 연구참여자는 G시 S대학교 아동심리학과 대학원생 16명이며, 자료는 브라운(Braun)과 클라크(Clarke)의 주제분석 절차에 따라 분석하 였다. 연구결과, 부모상담과 가족역동성에 대한 통합적 이해는 영유아의 부적응 행동 이면에 존재하는 가족 상호작용 패턴 인식, 상담자로서 자 기 성찰과 지속적 배움의 필요성 자각, 상담의 목적을 가족 전체의 성장 을 돕는 것으로 인식하고 세대 간 가치관 차이를 가족역동성의 맥락에서 이해하였다. 유아교육기관에서의 부모상담 활용과 실천 방향은 경청과 공감을 통한 신뢰 형성, 영유아의 부적응 행동에 따른 적응기제 파악을 위한 노력, 부모의 성장지원, 상담자의 객관성 유지와 경계 설정이었다. 후속연구에서는 다양한 대상으로 확대하여 연구를 수행할 필요가 있다.

This study aims to integrate the understanding of parental counseling through family dynamics and enhance the counseling competencies of graduate students using video-based learning. The participants were 16 graduate students from the Department of Child Psychology at S University in G city. Data were analyzed using the thematic analysis method proposed by Braun and Clarke. The findings indicated that participants recognized family interaction patterns underlying children’s maladaptive behaviors, realized the importance of self-reflection and continuous learning as counselors, and redefined the goal of counseling as supporting the growth of the entire family while contextualizing intergenerational value differences. Strategies for parental counseling in early childhood education settings included building trust through active listening and empathy, identifying defense mechanisms related to maladaptive behaviors, supporting parental growth, and maintaining professional objectivity and boundaries. The study concludes by suggesting the need for future research involving more diverse participant groups.
