본 연구는 독거노인의 도움요청 장벽과 복지서비스 접근에 관한 문헌을 검토하여 고독사 예방을 위한 실천 과제를 탐색하고자 한다. 학술문헌과 공식 정책자료를 활용하여 도움의 필 요 인식, 요청, 기관 접촉 및 서비스 이용 과정의 장벽과 촉진요인을 분석할 계획이다. 독거노 인이 필요한 지원에 접근하고 이용을 지속하도록 돕는 사회복지 실천의 기초자료를 마련하고 자 한다.

This study aims to review help-seeking barriers and access to welfare services among older adults living alone from a solitary death prevention perspective. Academic literature and official policy documents will be examined to identify barriers and facilitators across need recognition, help-seeking, provider contact, and service use. The review seeks to inform social work practice that helps older adults access and sustain appropriate support.
