본 연구는 AI 시대 코칭 슈퍼비전의 역할을 성찰적 실천과 윤리적 책임의 관 점에서 재정립하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 AI 활용 코칭, 코칭 슈퍼비전, 성 찰적 실천 및 전문적 윤리에 관한 국내외 문헌과 전문기관의 공식 자료를 검토 하고, 주요 개념과 쟁점을 비교·분석하였다. 이에 따른 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, AI 활용은 코치의 성찰 자료를 확장하면서 판단 근거, 기술 활용 동기 및 관계적 맥락에 대한 성찰의 필요성을 제기하였다. 둘째, 정보 보호와 동의, 해석 의 적절성, 고객의 자율성 및 판단과 실행의 책임이 슈퍼비전의 주요 윤리적 검 토 영역으로 도출되었다. 셋째, AI 시대 코칭 슈퍼비전의 역할은 비판적 성찰 촉진, 관계적·시스템적 맥락 탐색, 윤리적 숙고 지원 및 책임 있는 실천 지원으 로 정리되었다. 본 연구는 AI를 활용하는 코치의 판단과 태도를 전문적 성찰의 대상으로 구체화하고, 성찰적 실천과 윤리적 책임을 연결하여 코칭 슈퍼비전의 이론적·실천적 발전 방향을 제시하였다는 데 의의가 있다.

This study aims to redefine the roles of coaching supervision in the artificialintelligence(AI) era from the perspectives of reflective practice and ethical responsibility. Domestic and international literature and official documents from professional organizations concerning AI-assisted coaching, coaching supervision, reflective practice, and professional ethics were reviewed, and key concepts and 0issues were compared and analyzed. The findings are as follows. First, AI use expands the resources available for coaches’ reflection while highlighting the need to examine the grounds for their judgments, their motivations for using technology, and relational contexts. Second, information protection and consent, the appropriateness of interpretations, client autonomy, and responsibility for decisions and actions were identified as key areas for ethical examination in supervision. Third, the roles of coaching supervision in the AI era were characterized as facilitating critical reflection, exploring relational and systemic contexts, supporting ethical deliberation, and supporting responsible practice. This study contributes to the theoretical and practical development of coaching supervision by identifying the judgments and attitudes of coaches using AI as subjects of professional reflection and connecting reflective practice with ethical responsibility.
