본 연구는 크리스천의 영적 성숙을 위한 <SOUL 코칭모델-프로그램>을 구 성하고, 그 적합성을 검토하는 것으로 경험적 연구의 수행(2)에 앞선 연구(1)로 다음과 같은 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 3가지의 연구문제를 설정하였다. 첫째, 영적 성숙을 위한 SOUL-COACH 코칭모델은 어떻게 구성되는지 살펴 보고 그것에 대한 적합성을 검토하였다. 그 결과, 1차 타당화를 바탕으로 수정․ 보완된 2차 타당화는 7점 리커트 척도로 분석하였는데, 6.33/7로 나타나 평균 90% 수준으로 <SOUL 코칭모델-프로그램> 구성의 적합성을 인정받았다. 둘째, SOUL-COACH 코칭모델에 기반한 SOUL 코칭프로그램은 어떻게 구 성되는지 살펴보았다. 이것은 크리스천의 영적 성숙을 위해 기본이 된다고 보는 [주기도문, 사도신경, 십계명, 팔복, 고린도전서 사랑장, 성령의 9가지 열매]의 6 가지를 선택하여 구성하였다. 셋째, SOUL 코칭프로그램의 보급을 위한 코치교육과정은 어떻게 구성되는 지 살펴보았다. 코치양성과정의 구성을 위한 교육 만족도는 5.50/7로 나타나 평 균 78.6%의 만족도를 보였으며 자유 토의에 의한 피드백을 고려하여 SOUL 코 칭프로그램을 교육할 수 있는 일반코치와 마스터코치 양성과정을 구성하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 <SOUL 코칭모델-코칭프로그램>의 실행 효과성은 후속 연구(2)에서 분석될 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to compose the <SOUL Coaching Model Program> for spiritual material of Christians, and then to review the program’s suitability. As a study(1) before performing(2) the empirical study, total three research questions were set up as achieve the purpose of the study. First, this study examined how the SOUL-COACH Coaching Model for spiritual maturity was composed, and then reviewed the model’s suitability. As a result, the second validation that was modified/complemented based on the first validation, was analyzed through a 7-point Likert-type scale. Shown as 6.33/7. which an average level of 90%, suitability of the <SOUL Coaching Model Program> was recognized. Second, this study examined how the ‘SOUL’ Coaching Model Program based on the SOUL-COACH Coaching Model was composed by selecting six items such as The Lord's Prayer, the Apostles' Creed, the Ten Commandments, the Beatitudes, the Book of Love in 1 Corinthians, and the 9 Fruits of the Holy Spirit, which are considered as the basics for spiritual maturity of Christians. Third, this study examined how the coach curriculum for the dissemination of the SOUL Coaching Program was composed. The satisfaction with education for the composition of the coach training course was 5.50/7. which showed a satisfaction average of 78.6 %. The effectiveness of executing the <SOUL Coaching Model Program> developed by this study will be analyzed in a follow-up empirical study.
