Recently, an industrial production-distribution planning problem has been widely investigated in Supply Chain Management(SCM). One of the key issues in the current SCM research area is reverse logistics network. This study have developed a simulation model for the reverse logistics network. The simulation model analysis reverse logistics network issues such as inventory policy, manufacturing policy, transportation mode, warehouse assignment, supplier assignment. Computational experiments using commercial simulation tool ARENA show that the real problems. The model can be used to decide an appropriate production-distribution planning problem in the research area.

The types and quantities of Hazmat and Hazmat transportation are gradually increasing, keeping pace with industrialization and urbanization. At present the safety management for Hazmat transportation only considers reducing accident probability, but even when an accident involving Hazmat-carrying vehicles occurs, that is not regarded as a Hazmat-related accident if the Hazmats do not leak out from the containers carrying them. Thus the methods to reduce risk (Risk=Probability×Consequence) have to be developed by incorporating accident probability and consequence. By using Geographic Information System (GIS), a technical method is invented and is automatically able to evaluate the consequence by different types of Hazmat. Thus this study analyzed the degree of risk on the links classified by the Hazmat transport pathways. In order to mitigate the degree of risk, a method of 7-step risk management on Hazmat transportation in railway industries can be suggested. (1st step: building up GIS DB, 2nd step: calculating accident probability on each link, 3rd step: calculating consequence by Hazmat types, 4th step: determination of risk, 5th step: analysis of alternative plans for mitigating the risk, 6th: measure of effectiveness against each alternative, and 7th step: action plans to be weak probability and consequence by the range recommended from ALARP). In conclusion, those 7 steps are used as a standardization method of optimum transportation routing. And to increase the efficiency of optimum transportation routing, optional route can be revise by verification.

The minimum latency problem, also known as the traveling repairman problem and the deliveryman problem is to minimize the overall waiting times of customers, not to minimize their routing times. In this research, a genetic algorithm, a clonal selection algorithm and a population management genetic algorithm are introduced. The computational experiment shows the objective value of the clonal selection algorithm is the best among the three algorithms and the calculating time of the population management genetic algorithm is the best among the three algorithms.

Electronic Product Code Information Services(EPCIS) is an EPCglobal standard for sharing EPC related information between trading partners. EPCIS provides a new important capability to improve efficiency, security, and visibility in the global supply chain. EPCIS data are classified into two categories, master data (static data) and event data (dynamic data). Master data are static and constant for objects, for example, the name and code of product and the manufacturer, etc. Event data refer to things that happen dynamically with the passing of time, for example, the date of manufacture, the period and the route of circulation, the date of storage in warehouse, etc. There are four kinds of event data which are Object Event data, Aggregation Event data, Quantity Event data, and Transaction Event data. This thesis we propose an event-based data model for EPC Information Service repository in RFID based integrated logistics center. This data model can reduce the data volume and handle well all kinds of entity relationships. From the point of aspect of data quantity, we propose a formula model that can explain how many EPCIS events data are created per one business activity. Using this formula model, we can estimate the size of EPCIS events data of RFID based integrated logistics center for a one day under the assumed scenario.

Since 1995, the small and medium enterprise introduced the Quality Innovation Program that is called 100PPM Quality Renovation Program. A point of 2000, the program's name was changed by Single PPM Quality Innovation Program in pursuit of defects below 10ppm in outgoing quality. Nowaday 1,651 companies is received Single PPM Quality Certification from government at the end of 2008. On the other side, the return or withdrawal of certification is going on because of various reasons. In this study, we analyse the status of certification's preservation and cancellation, and suggest the cooperation ideas between government and companies.

In this paper, we propose development of new products including the proposed process of at the customer's requirements. The success of new product development depends on customer satisfaction in the marketplace. Existing product development process, including the customer's interest was weak. In this paper, we propose development of new products which include Kano's attractive quality factor method and Timko's customer satisfaction index method. Also we verified new medical treatment of incontinence-nency which is applied to the proposed process.

The purposes of this study is to verify whether insider trader get the excess return using inside information. For this we divide inside traders into four groups according to their ownership: maximum shareholder, main shareholders, 5% shareholders and executives. Also we categorize inside traders into three groups: personal investor, foreign investor and institutional investors. After insiders trade their stock, excess return is reported for 20days and the size of excess return of executives and institutional investor is larger than that of other groups. It means more strict monitoring system is needed in the domestic stock market.

The purposes of this article is to analyse how market competition of credit card company affect price(interest rate) and survival length of card users. This paper uses individual account data from a large Korean credit card company during the periods from 2002 to 2006. The findings of our study are as follows. First, market competition of credit card company have a negative effect with interest rate of credit card. Second, market competition of credit card company have a affirmative effect with survival length. Finally, The effect of Increasing delinquency rate due to price increase is smaller than decreasing delinquency rate due to extending survival length.

we can easily find numerous cases, where the outcomes are not up to their expectations, despite the enormous efforts and investments poured on developing ERP systems. Consequently, we are in need of a new methodology for efficient implementation and Maintenance of an ERP system. Therefore, we have investigated and analyzed various problems that may occur in adopting ERP systems, such as high implementation costs, shortage of professional manpower, and lack of active participation from insiders. In this thesis, we developed a new ERP system, focusing on accounting management modules and benchmarked our proposed model to one of the real companies.

This paper reviewed the relationship between personal factors(creativity, outwarding, entrepreneurship) and incremental innovation, and the moderating effect of tenure in the domestic service enterprises. Based on the responses from 306 employees, the results of hierarchical multiple regression analysis showed that all personal factors except creativity have positive relationships with incremental innovation factors. The results of moderating analysis showed that entrepreneurship have more positive effects on all incremental innovation factors while respondents' tenure being shorter.

The present study analyzed empirically the structural relationship among characters, market orientation and performance of CEO's in small and medium-sized companies. The analysis showed that market orientation is affected by CEO's characters in the industry. It was also revealed from the analysis that the business performance and technical renovation of small and medium-sized companies rely fairly on their market orientation. These findings are believed to have great significance in the process of creating market orientation by the industry. That is, CEO's will may play a very important role in pursuit of market orientation and, at the same time, may act as a vital factor for small and medium-sized companies to achieve business performance and to realize technical renovation.

In this paper deals with behavior of the magnetic abrasive using Ba-Ferrite on polishing characteristics in a new internal finishing of STS304 pipe applying magnetic abrasive polishing. The magnetic abrasive using Ba-Ferrite grain WA used to resin bond fabricated low temperature. And Ba-Ferrite of magnetic abrasive powder fabricated that Ba-Ferrite was crused into 200 mesh. The previous research have made an experiment in the static state the movement of magnetic abrasive grain is nevertheless in the dynamic state. In this paper, We could have investigated into the changes of the movement of magnetic abrasive grain. In reference to this result, we could have made the experiment which is set under the condition of the magnetic flux density, polishing velocity according to the form of magnetic brush.
