Competitive capacities in terms of price are rapidly deteriorating since the 1990's due to the competition and rapid pursuit of surrounding nations, exchange rates, increased wages, and labor and management disputes etc. Therefore, this paper shows the significant contents of preceeding research, surveys the employees of small and medium manufacturers who implemented the Toyota production system to conduct various analyses to determine the effect of the operation achievements so as to propose methods to effectively implement the Toyota manufacturing system and maximize long term operational achievements.
This study is aimed at proposing the framework of international cooperation business in HRD KOREA. To achieve this goal I collected all of data that were used in process of international cooperation business in HRD KOREA and interviewed some people to get information from the people concerned. After that I analyzed data involved in using SWOT technique and proposed the framework of international cooperation business in HRD KOREA. The conclusions are as these. First, alliances must be vitalized between businesses besides between organizations. For example 'Developing of voluntary comeback program for foreigner' and 'Establishment of HRD KOREA Center' can be proposed as action plans for this strategy. Second, glocalization must be pushed ahead. For example 'Business career monitoring system for PMC' can be proposed as action plan. Third, building of preemptive base must be done. For example 'Standing of international HRD forum' can be proposed as action plan. Fourth, reinforcement of organizational competency must be done. For example 'The program for internationalization' can be proposed as action plan. Fifth, SBU(Strategic Business Unit) must be pushed ahead. For example 'Customer diversification portfolio' can be proposed as action plan.
The research proposes the three-factor random measurement models for estimating the precision about operator, part, tool, and various measurement environments. The combined model with crossed and nested factors is developed to analyze the approximate F test by degrees of freedom given by Satterthwaite and point estimation of precisions from expected mean square. The model developed in this paper can be extended to the three useful models according to the type of nested designs. The study also provides the three-step procedures to evaluate the measurement precisions using three indexes such as SNR(Signal-To-Noise Ratio), R&R TR(Reproducibility&Repeatability-To-Total Precision Ratio), and PTR(Precision-To-Tolerance Ratio), The procedures include the identification of resolution, the improvement of R&R reduction, and the evaluation of precision effect.
