이 연구의 목적은 풍압적분법의 유효성을 검증하는 것이다. 기존의 풍하중 산정은 풍력실험을 통해 얻어진 시계열 풍력데이터에 대해 스펙트럼모드해석법을 수행하여 평가하는 방법에 주로 의존하였다. 이 방법은 건축물의 진동모드로 선형모드를 사용하기 때문에 비정형적인 건축물의 풍하중해석이나 다자유도해석에는 한계가 있다. 풍압적분법은 다자유도해석 및 비정형적인 건축물의 풍하중을 보다 정확히 산정할 수 있는 방법이다. 본 연구에서는 풍압적분법에 의해 평가한 풍하중과 풍력실험결과에 의해 평가한 풍하중을 비교하였다. 그 결과 두 방법에 의해 평가한 풍하중은 매우 유사한 것으로 나타났다. 풍압적분법은 복잡한 형상을 가진 건축물에 대한 풍하중을 평가할 경우 풍력실험을 대체할 수 있다는 유효한 수단으로 사용할 수 있다.
현행 내진설계기준에서 RBS-B 접합부는 오직 중간모켄트골조(IMF) 시스템에서만 사용이 허용된다. 본 연구는 현행설계규준에 따라 설계한 RBS-B 접합부를 갖는 철골 모멘트골조 시스템의 내진성능평가를 수행하였다. 이를 위하여 층수(3층, 6층, 9층), 경간너비(6m, 9m), 내진설계범주(SDC C_{max}, SDC C_{min})으로 구성된 12개의 RBS-B접합부를 갖는 철골모멘트골조 건물을 설계하였고 RBS-B 접합부의 비선형 이력거동을 잘 모사하는 접합부 모델을 개발하였다. 설계된 대상골조는 ATC-63에 의해 개발된 내진성능평가방법에 따라 내진성능평가를 수행하였다. 또한 본 연구는 저자가 이전연구에서 제안한 새로운 설계법에 따라 설계된 IMF 시스템의 내진성능평가를 수행하였다. 그 결과 현행규준에 따라 설계한 몇 개의 대상골조가 적절한 붕괴여유비를 보유하지 못하였다. 반면에 새로운 설계절차에 따라 설계된 대상골조는 적절한 붕괴여유비를 보유하였다.

Solar cells have been more intensely studied as part of the effort to find alternatives to fossil fuels as power sources.The progression of the first two generations of solar cells has seen a sacrifice of higher efficiency for more economic use ofmaterials. The use of a single junction makes both these types of cells lose power in two major ways: by the non-absorptionof incident light of energy below the band gap; and by the dissipation by heat loss of light energy in excess of the band gap.Therefore, multi junction solar cells have been proposed as a solution to this problem. However, the 1st and 2nd generation solarcells have efficiency limits because a photon makes just one electron-hole pair. Fabrication of all-silicon tandem cells using anSi quantum dot superlattice structure (QD SLS) is one possible suggestion. In this study, an SiOx matrix system was investigatedand analyzed for potential use as an all-silicon multi-junction solar cell. Si quantum dots with a super lattice structure (Si QDSLS) were prepared by alternating deposition of Si rich oxide (SRO; SiOx (x=0.8, 1.12)) and SiO2 layers using RF magnetronco-sputtering and subsequent annealing at temperatures between 800 and 1,100oC under nitrogen ambient. Annealing temperaturesand times affected the formation of Si QDs in the SRO film. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) spectra and x-rayphotoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) revealed that nanocrystalline Si QDs started to precipitate after annealing at 1,100oC for onehour. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) images clearly showed SRO/SiO2 SLS and Si QDs formation in each 4, 6, and8nm SRO layer after annealing at 1,100oC for two hours. The systematic investigation of precipitation behavior of Si QDsin SiO2 matrices is presented.
이 연구는 초등학교 漢字敎授學習方法을 탐색해 보고, 필자 나름대로 초등학 교 漢字敎授學習方法을 정리하여 제시하는 데에 목적이 있다. 초등학교 현장에서는 일목요연하게 정리된 漢字와 漢字語의 지도 기법, 원리, 교수학습 모형이 필요하다. 그렇지만 漢字와 漢字語의 지도 기법과 원리는 학문 적 수준에서 논의조차 미흡한 편이며, 교수학습 모형은 연구자마다의 기본적 입장 에 따라 매우 다양하고 산만하게 제시되어 있다. 이에 필자는 그동안 발표된 敎授學習方法에 관한 논의들을 토대로 초등학교 漢字敎授學習方法을 교수학습 모 형과 원리, 기법으로 구분하여 정리하여 보았다. 이 연구에서는 우선 초등학교 漢字교육의 내용은 漢字와 어휘를 중심으로 이 루어져야 한다고 보고, 초등학교 漢字교육의 내용 체계를 제시하였다. 그리고 초 등학교 漢字에 관한 기존의 논의를 교수학습 이론의 적용, 교수학습 원리, 전략이 나 기법, 수업 모형 측면에서 검토하고, 또 漢字지도에 관한 기존의 진술들을 추 출하여 보았다. 또한 이와 아울러 문자교육관련, 언어교육관련, 뇌과학 관련 연구성과들을 검토하여 초등학교 漢字지도에 관한 시사점을 얻고자 하였다. 위와 같은 검토에서 얻어진 결과들을 필자가 나름대로 가감하여 필자는, 초등학 교 漢字지도의 원리와 기법을 내용 영역에 따라 원리와 전략(기법)으로 분류하여 제시하였고, 초등학교 漢字수업 모형을 유형화하기 보다는 초등학교 漢字수업 의 기본적인 모형을 제시하는 것이 더 바람직하다고 생각하여, 초등학교 漢字교 수학습의 기본적인 모형을 구안하여 제시하였다. 초등학교 漢字敎授學習方法을 포함한 漢字한문 敎授學習方法에 대한 연 구와 정리는 앞으로 더욱더 체계적이고 치밀하게 진행되어야 할 필요성이 있다고 생각하며, 또 체계적으로 정리된 敎授學習方法이 일선의 교육 현장에 하루 빨리 보급되어야 할 필요성이 있다고 생각된다.

This study examined the relative effect of participative and assigned goal-setting on team performance quantity and trend. Participants were 30 college students. They were divided into 15 pairs considering individual typing speed. Members in each pair were randomly assigned to the two experimental conditions. Participants were asked to type materials for 19 days. The dependent variable was the number of words typed. The results indicated that there was no significant difference in performance quantity between the two conditions. However, the average percentage of goal accomplishment under participative goal-setting condition was higher than that under assigned goal-setting condition. Also, the results showed that the difference in trend between two conditions was statistically significant.

Information is known to be a key element for the successful operation of a supply chain, which is required of the efficient ordering strategies and accurate predictions of demands. This study proposes a method to effectively utilize the meteorological forecast information in order to make decisions about ordering and prediction of demands by using the Taguchi experimental design. It is supposed that each echelon in a supply chain determines the order quantity with the prediction of precipitation in the next day based on probability forecast information. The precipitation event is predicted when the probability of the precipitation exceeds a chosen threshold. Accordingly, the choice of the threshold affect the performances of a supply chain. The Taguchi method is adopted to deduce a set of thresholds for echelons which is least sensitive to changes in environmental conditions, such as variability of demand distributions and production periods. A simulation of the beer distribution game was conducted to show that the set of thresholds found by the Taguchi method can reduce the cumulative chain cost, which consists of inventory and backlog costs.
A SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+ phosphor powder with stuffed tridymite structure was synthesized by glycine-nitratecombustion method. The luminescence, formation process and microstructure of the phosphor powder were investigated bymeans of X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and photoluminescence spectroscopy (PL). The XRDpatterns show that the as-synthesized SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+ phosphor was an amorphous phase. However, a crystalline SrAl2O4phase was formed by calcining at 1200oC for 4h. From the SEM analysis, also, it was found that the as-synthesizedSrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+ phosphor was in irregular porous particles of about 50µm, while the calcined phosphor was aggregated inspherical particles with radius of about 0.5µm. The emission spectrum of as-synthesized SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+ phosphor did notappear, due to the amorphous phase. However, the emission spectrum of the calcined phosphor was observed at 520nm(2.384eV); it showed green emission peaking, in the range of 450~650nm. The excitation spectrum of the SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+phosphor exhibits a maximum peak intensity at 360nm (3.44eV) in the range of 250~480nm. After the removal of the pulseXe-lamp excitation (360nm), also, the decay time for the emission spectrum was very slow, which shows the excellent long-phosphorescent property of the phosphor, although the decay time decreased exponentially.
Multilayer Poly methyl methacrylate (PMMA)/ Poly vinyl alcohol (PVA) bone plates were fabricated using electrospinning and in vitro investigations were carried out for pre-clinical biocompatibility studies. The initial cellular cytotoxicity of the methacrylate (PMMA)/ Poly vinyl alcohol (PVA) bone plates was measured by MTT (3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide) assay using fibroblast-like L-929 cells. Cellular adhesion and differentiation studies were carried out using osteoblast-like MG-63 cells. As simulated body fluid (SBF) contains the same ionic concentration of body fluid and any bioactive material tends to deposit bone-like apatite on the samples surfaces into the SBF, in vitro bioactivity of the multilayer bone plates were investigated using SBF. We also studied the internal organization and tensile strength of the multilayer PMMA/PVA bone plates using micro-computed topography (μ-CT) and universal testing instrument (UTI, Korea) respectively. The cellular cytotoxicity study with MTT confirmed that the cellular viability was 78 to 90% which indicates good cyto-compatibility. Scanning electron microscopic findings revealed a good attachment and adhesion phenomenon of MG-63 cells onto the surfaces of the samples. Cellular differentiation studies also showed that osteogenic differentiation was switched on in a timely manner and affirmed along with that of the control group. Bone-like apatite formation on the surfaces was confirmed within 14 days of SBF incubation. Initial organizations of the multilayer PMMA/PVA bone plates were characterized as dense and uniform. The tensile strength of the post-pressing electronspun mat was higher than that of the pre-electronspun mat. These results suggest that a multilayer PMMA/PVA bone plate system is biocompatible, bioactive and a very good alternative bone plate system.

This study tried to focus on nontraditional job that has not been studied in terms of the subjects associated with MSDs(Musculoskeletal Disorders). Specifically, dental procedure was the job to be analyzed in this study. An alternative method as well as a traditional method for viewing teeth while performing simulated dental procedures. Four graduated students did both methods(direct view and indirect view) as the subjects in this study. The method based on indirect view used a video camera and monitor to view the teeth. The experiment was conducted five times for each subject. The major findings in this study were as follows; 1) Job speed was increased with the repetitions for both methods, 2) Difference of Neck flexion between direct and indirect methods was statistically siginificant(Neck flexion for indirect method was dramatically decreased), 3) Difference of job speed between direct and indirect methods was statistically significant(Job speed for direct method was faster than that of indirect method), 4) Difference of error rate between direct and indirect methods was statistically significant(error rate for direct method was lower than that of indirect method), 5) Even though indirect method did not provide better performance in terms of job speed and error rate yet, it seemed to need a trade-off between two methods in the future since indirect method provided better working postures than that of direct method.
