        COVID-19 이후 경제위기와 급격한 환경변화로 인해 개인과 조직은 지속가능한 경력 형성에 주목하고 있다. 개인은 현대 기업이 요구하는 융ž복합 인재가 되기 위해 노력하고, 기업은 경력전환 및 리스킬링 (Re-skilling)/업스킬링(Up-skilling) 등 다양한 경력개발방식을 시도하여 변화에 대응할 수 있도록 인재 양성을 위한 전략을 추구하고 있다. 이에 따라 경력지속가능성에 대한 개인 및 조직 차원에 대한 논의가 필요하다. 본 연구는 이러한 연구의 필요성을 바탕으로 코칭리더십이 조직구성원의 경력지속가능성의 관 계에서 리더의 겸손과 주도성의 조절된 매개효과를 확인하고, 경력개발관점에서 리더 역할과 방향성에 대한 HR 시사점을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구를 위해 2023년 3월 ∼ 2023년 4월까지 기업 임직원 을 대상으로 312명의 데이터를 수집하였으며, Hayes(2013)가 제안한 PROCESS macro model 8번을 활용 하여 조절된 매개효과를 분석하였다, 분석 결과 첫째, 코칭리더십이 조직구성원들의 경력지속가능성에 긍 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 리더의 겸손은 조직구성원들의 경력지속가능성에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 코칭리더십과 주도성의 관계에서 리더의 겸손이 유의한 조절효과 를 보였다. 마지막으로, 코칭리더십과 경력지속가능성의 관계에서 주도성과 리더의 겸손이 조절된 매개효 과를 보였다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 조직구성원의 경력지속가능성을 실현하기 위해 리더의 역할과 촉 진할 수 있는 방향에 대해 논의하였으며, 조직구성원의 특성을 고려한 리더십 개발 방향에 대해 제언했다. 이는 조직구성원의 경력지속가능성을 촉진하고 발전시키는 데 의의가 있다.

        Fishing gear used in coastal fishing should be equipped with fishing buoys, indicating their locations, thus enabling their constant monitoring and detection by other ships to avoid collision. However, common fishing buoys fabricated using Styrofoam, bamboo, or PVC have short detection ranges owing to their weak radar radio wave reflection. Although research on improving the performance of radar equipment is in progress, studies on early detection of fishing gear to reduce collisions with ships sailing nearby are limited. In this study, we conducted experiments to determine methods to prevent collisions between ships and fishing gear by improving both the fishing buoy material and installation method for the reflector to increase the radar detection range of the fishing buoys.

        2023년 3월, EU는 안전하고 다양하며 저렴하고 지속 가능한 주요 원 자재 공급에 접근하는 포괄적인 조치인 핵심 원자재법(CRMA:Critical Raw Materials Act)을 채택하였다. CRMA의 핵심은 총 4가지로 구분 할 수 있다. EU전체 연간 소비량 대비 최소 10%이상을 역내에서 채굴 하고 핵심원자재 역내 가공량을 최대 40%이상으로 하며 핵심원자재 역 내 재활용 비율을 최소 15%까지 끌어올리기로 목표한 것이다. 또한 모 든 가공 단계에서 특정 국가에 대한 수입량을 EU연간 소비량의 65%를 제한 하였다. CRMA의 출현에 따라 중동부유럽 내에서 선전하고 있는 우리 자동차 기업과 배터리 생산기업에도 변화가 있을 것이며 핵심원자 재 법에 따른 대응방안을 강구해야 할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서 는 중동부유럽 2차전지 기업 현황을 살펴보고 EU 핵심원자재법 출현에 따른 대응방안을 제시해 보고자 한다.

        The preliminary study was conducted on the use of navigation instruments and programs conducted in the previous demonstration and experiment of the training ship SAEBADA, real-time sharing and accuracy of land and sea information, and the development of real-time effective information transmission and reception and management system programs. Based on this, this study used the training ship CHAMBADA, which is similar in length to the tonnage of the fishing boat. The purpose is to present errors in ship situation-specific information data, alarm systems for marine information, and land and ship transmission and reception programs collected using intelligent information management systems to find out whether they can be applied and used in fishing boats. It plans to conduct research on direct and indirect safety and ship’s stability when the intelligent information management system operates in real time in the operation of ships considering the characteristics of small fishing boats and the characteristics of fishing.

        This study examines the demand system of shrimp imported from top four countries and domestically produced by using AIDS (Almost Ideal Demand System) model. Top four import countries are Vietnam, Ecuador, China, and Malaysia based on the value of imports in 2021. As results of the analysis, the demand system of shrimp turn out to be below. First, the relationship of domestic shrimp and imported shrimp (Ecuadorian and Vietnamese) is identified as complements or substitutes depending on whether the income effect is considered. This result implies that imported shrimp supplements domestic supply against excess demand while homogeneous shrimp products competes with domestic shrimp in fish market. Second, the relationship among imported shrimps turned out to be both substitutes and complements. Especially, the Vietnamese shrimp is complementary with Chinese and Malaysian shrimp, but substitutes of Ecuadorian. It is assumed that adjoining Asian countries shares similar shrimp species and processing system which differentiates from Ecuadorian. Finally, the study included quarter as dummy variable and GDP as instrumental variable of expenditure in the model. The result confirmed that domestic shrimp is highly on demand during the main production season while imported shrimp is mainly demanded during the rest of the season.

        The need for an intelligent information-based ship accident prevention and control system for various marine accidents is very clearly emerging. As it is a variety of marine accidents, the causes are diverse. Therefore, it can be said that it is very important to prevent these marine accidents and their causes in advance. Therefore, a study was conducted on an intelligent information-based ship safety management decision support system that provides information necessary for decision-making at sea and land through an integrated management device for ships that informs safety-related risks in real-time ship operation. In the future, we intend to pursue the development of a system that can aim for safer and more economical ship operation by linking it to navigation instruments through the evaluation and analysis of AI, IoT, and big data.

        중수는 경수와 다른 물리화학적 특징으로 다양한 생물화학적 변화를 유도할 수 있다. 기존 분리공정의 단점인 에 너지소비량을 줄이고자 전기방사 폴리아마이드 분리막을 이용하여 정삼투공정을 이용하였다. 유도용액으로 NaCl과 인산을 사용하였다. 중수농도를 정량화하기 위해 FT-IR 분광법을 활용하였다. 인산과 수소/중수소의 특별한 상호작용력을 분광학적 으로 확인하였으며, 정삼투공정으로 농축이 가능할 수 있다는 것을 관찰하였다.

        PURPOSES : This study investigated the field applicability of pervious concrete to pavement base courses. Pervious concrete was developed at laboratory level, and the compaction methods, field moisture content, and fundamental properties when the material was constructed in the field were studied. METHODS : Field-applied pervious concrete was compacted at different levels using a tandem roller, and cores were taken to investigate the compressive strength, infiltration rate, continued porosity, and freeze-thaw resistance. In addition, the optimum field construction and quality control of the moisture content of a batch plant were measured. RESULTS : The moisture content of pervious concrete has an essential effect on workability and quality control during field test construction. From the test herein, the optimum value at a batch plant was found to be approximately 2.5±0.1%. The compaction level is also a crucial parameter at construction sites because it affects the mechanical and penetration properties. Considering both compressive strength and drainage, the recommended compaction was three times the round trip when a tandem roller was used. The penetration coefficient was 0.88 cm/sec when applying three times the round trip of the tandem roller. The freezing and thawing weight loss rates of the applied pervious concrete satisfied the required condition of 14% or less, regardless the compaction level. CONCLUSIONS : With the suggested mixed proportions of pervious concrete, the recommended compaction was three times the round trip of a tandem roller and a moisture content of approximately 2.5±0.1% from a batch plant. When these conditions were satisfied, the mechanical and drainage properties satisfied the required criteria.

        This study was conducted to evaluate the filtration performance according to the feed temperature composed of NaCl and the operating pressure of the brackish water reverse osmosis (BWRO) process. The temperature is known that decides the filtration performance of reverse osmosis (RO). It is noted that temperature increase activates the permeate of salts due to augment of diffusivity and mass transfer. Filtration of the lab-scale RO system was performed with constant pressure and the constant flow was simulated. The salt rejection measured by the concentration of the feed and permeate was compared with water permeability and salt permeability in the conditions containing various temperatures (5, 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30℃) and pressures (10, 12, 15, and 18 bar). An increase in feed temperature from 5 °C to 30 °C caused a 4.65% decrease in salt rejection in CSM, due to an increase in salt permeability (4.06 times) rather than an increase in water permeability (2.62 times). Specific energy consumption (SEC) was calculated by using an electricity meter set in the RO system. It was expected that the SEC by the increases in temperature and pressure decreased due to the viscosity decline of the feed and the permeate flux augment, respectively. The SEC decreased by 63.4% in CSM and by 54.3% in Nittodenko when the feed temperature increased from 5 °C to 30 °C. It discussed how to operate the optimal RO process through the effect of temperature and operating pressure and the comparison of SEC.
