        The process of railway traffic planning is composed of several steps such as long - term, mid - term, short - term, and real - time plan. The planning of vehicle and manpower resources is a main research topic in tactical short - term planning step Railway vehicle is usually consisted of a power car, passenger/freight cars and human resource is composed of engine driver, cabin crew, ground personnel. So far , power car was main research target in railway vehicle scheduling problem. Recently according as the light electric railway or high - speed railway is introduced, the operational planning of train set vehicles become important . In this paper , we introduce the conceptional model for trainset restoring problem and developed heuristic algorithm.

        There are two methodologies to increase transport capacity of railway. One is to invest railroad equipment or vehicles, and the other is to improve operation efficiency through optimization. All of these is intended to increase transport capacity by improving the line capacity. So far, we treat the line capacity as the criteria for evaluating investment alternatives or for restricting train frequencies, and this criteria is calculated statical and experimental numerical formula. But, line capacity has special attribute that changes dynamically according to operational conditions, so there is a need of new line capacity estimation system. The Purpose of this paper is to present a new estimation system of line capacity based on the probability simulation and its applications.

        저선량 γ선 조사가 기내 유기한 대지와 수미 감자 소괴경의 맹아율과 식물체 생장 및 생리활성에 미치는 효과 등을 알아보고자 감자 소괴경의 저장기간별로 γ선을 0.5~30Gy 까지 조사하여 pot실험을 수행하였다. 감자 소괴경의 휴면과 생육에 대한 저선량 γ선 효과는 품종과 저장기간에 따라 다소 차이가 있었다. 대지 품종의 경우 대체로 2,4,8Gy에서 대조구에 비해 높은 맹아 출현율을 보였고,

        묵은 배추와 무 종자에 저선량 γ선을 조사하여 종자발아율과 발아유식물의 효소활성 변화를 조사하였다. 발아율은 대조구에 비해 저선량 조사구에서 증가하는 경향을 보였는데 특히 발아초기단계에 효과가 뚜렷하게 나타났으며 배추는 2 Gy와 8 Gy조사구에서 4-ll % 정도, 무는 2 Gy, 6 Gy, 10 Gy 조사구에서 25-41% 정도 증가하였다. 저선량 γ선이 조사된 배추와 무의 유묘초장도 저선량 조사구에서 증가하였는데 특

        저선량 γ선이 시판중인 배추 신규종자인 "만점" 배추와 묵은 종자인 "서림엇갈이" 배추의 발아와 초기생육 및 생리활성에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 배추종자의 발아와 초기생육에 있어 신규종자에서는 별효과가 없었으나 묵은 종자에서는 촉진효과가 있었고 그 적정 선량은 1.0Gy와 2.0Gy였다. 배추유식물체의 엽록소 함량은 저선량 조사구가 대조구보다 높았으며 조사선량의 증가에 따라 대체로 증가하였고, 저선량 조사에 의한 배추유식물체의 항산화효

The purpose of this paper is to develop the simulation program as a long-term strategic support tool, considering the dual dock system and the TOC(Terminal Operation Company) system executed since March, 1997 in Inchon Port. The basic input parameters such as arrival intervals, cargo tons, service rates are analyzed and the probability density functions for these parameters are estimated. From the simulation model, it is possible to estimate the demurrage status through analyzing various scenarios and to establish the long-term port strategic plan.

There are few research activities on the analysis and improvement of the whole port operation, because Inchon Port not only has the dual dock system and various facilities but also handles a various kind of cargo. The purpose of this paper is to develop the simulation program as a long-term strategic support tool, considering the dual dock system and the TU(Terminal Operation Company) system executed since March, 1997 in Inchon Port. The basic input parameters such as arrival intervals, cargo tons, service rates are analyzed and the probability density functions for these parameters are estimated. The main mechanism of simulation model is the discrete event-driven simulation and the next-event time advancing. The program is executed based on the knowledge base and database. From the simulation model, it is possible to estimate the demurrage status through analyzing various scenarios and to establish the long-term port strategic plan.

        Bifidobacteria have been known as beneficial inhabitant of human intestine. Therefore, bifidobacteria began to be noticed as a starter inthe manufacture of fermented dairy products. Perhaps the key for effective use of bifidobacteria in commercial dairy products is the maintenance of viability of bifidobacteria during large scale preparation of starter culture and distribution of products. So we tried to obtain the bifidobacteria having suitable characteristics for using as a starter in the manufacture of fermented dairy products. Among bifidobacteria isolated from Korean, E-4 strain showed the highest resistance to oxygen. To know whether the selected strain will be fit for manufacture of fermented dairy products, we also investigated resistance of the selected strain to HCl. The selected strain, E-4, was more resistant to environmental stresses such as oxygen, H_2O_2 and HCL than Bifidobacterium longum known as resistant strain to environmental stresses. According to carbohydrate fermentation patterns and morphological characteristics, E-4 strain was identified as B. bifidum. In conclusion, the selected strain, E-4, was thought to be fit for manufacture of fermented dairy products.

        접합균류인 Rhizopus속 균주를 대상으로 키토산의 생산성을 비교한 결과 Rhizopus japonicus가 가장 우수하였다. 선발된 Rhizopus japonicus로부터 미생물 키토산을 생산하기 위한 최적 조건은 탄소원으로 전분을 2%, 질소원으로 yeast extract를 2.5%, 무기염류로 FeSO_4, MnSO_4, ZnSO_4, CaCl_2를 0.002%씩 첨가하고 pH를 5.5로 한 배지로, Rhizopus japonicus포자를 접종한 후 30℃에서 72시간 배양하였다. 키토산의 생산 기본 배지와 최적 배지에 각각 1.25×10 exp (5)개의 포자를 접종하여 배양한 후 키토산 생산성을 비교한 결과, 각각 0.16g/200ml와 0.66g/200ml로 수율이 약 4배 정도 증가하였다.

        E. coli P90C 배양액중의 phosphatase는 ATPase로 대표될 수 있고 phosphatase 활성을 측정하기 위해서는 반응액과 30분이상 반응시켜야 안정된 발색도를 나타내었다. β-galactosidase의 생산을 위해 전배양에서 본배양으로 접종하는 시기는 phosphatase의 활성이 급증하기 직전(3hr)이 가장 좋았으며, 본배양에서 phosphatase 활성은 대수증식기에서 최고였으며, β-galactosidase가 생성되기 시작하면 phosphatase의 활성이 떨어지기 시작하는 것으로 나타났다.

        청소년 모험활동시설은 그동안 청소년활동의 기반으로서의 중심적인 역할을 수행해 왔으며, 사회변화에 따른 청소년들의 다양한 문화적인 요구와 미래의 트랜드에 부합하는 환경을 올바로 제공하여 정상적인 수련활동을 충족시키기 위한 활성화 방안을 지속적으로 모색하여 왔다. 그럼에도 기존의 청소년 모험시설은 사회적 환경변화와 더불어 학교단체의 여가활동 활성화를 위해서 다양한 청소년 활동기회를 제공하기 위한 시설로 개선될 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 활용도와 참여도가 높은 군집 형태의 청소년 모험시설을 대상으로 전체 현황을 조사하고, 안전성에 따라 주요 결함을 분석하고자 한다.

        소규모 취약시설 안전점검은 그동안 안전취약계층이 사용하는 건축물의 안전 및 유지관리를 위하여 지속적으로 확대되어 왔으며, 한정된 자원조건에서 특정다수를 대상으로 하는 시설물의 효율적인 안전점검을 실시하기 위하여 다양한 대응전략이 요구된다. 대부분의 안전점검 업무특성 중 하나는 해당범위 시설물에 대한 신속 정확한 관리를 위해서는 직접적인 안전점검 수행 이 외 우선순위선정, 선택과 집중의 상황판단이 동반된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 대상범위가 넓은 소규모 취약시설 안전 점검을 수행하면서 축척된 결과데이터 현황을 분석하고 이에 따라서 실시되고 있는 주요 대응전략을 도출하고자 한다.

        As the aging of the facility increases, the safety, durability, and serviceability that were originally possessed by the natural aging deteriorate. Accordingly, periodic safety inspections, repair and strengthening are the basic procedures for th maintenances of facilities. However, except for some facilities that are prescribed in the law, the safety and maintenance of facilities are still insufficient. Especially, social welfare facilities, which occupy the majority of small-scale vulnerable facilities, have a high proportion of old facilities with many years of age, leading to major damages that affect the durability and safety of facilities. The purpose of this paper is to identify the main damage and its causes according to the change of the years of social welfare facilities, and to use it as a basic data to suggest reasonable maintenance methods.

        The purpose of the safety inspection is to identify the cause of the damage, which is the cause of the safety and performance degradation of the structures, to identify the cause of the damage, and to suggest appropriate repair and strengthening methods. In the traditional safety inspection procedure, the inspection items are selected and the survey contents are recorded in the field book at the time of the field survey. It is not easy to accumulate data and analyze these data as a single project. In this paper, we analyze the problems of the existing facility inspection procedures and conducted studies to build two-way facility safety management system for shortening the processing time and convenience of increasing the efficiency of field work and reporting.

        This paper presents the experimental results of flexural behavior of steel beam strengthened with Aramid fiber reinforced polymer plastic (FRP) strips subjected to static bending loading. Two H-beams were fabricated strengthened with aramid strips and one control specimen were also fabricated. Among of strengthened specimens, one specimen was strengthened with partial length of AFRP. From the test, it was observed that maximum increase of 16% was also achieved in bending-load capacity.
