In this study, based on the Building Register, status and existing structural criteria of small-scale steel-frame building is reviewed. As a result, the accumulated small-scale buildings account for about 85% of cumulative entire building. Furthermore, since 2000, the small-scale steel-frame buildings account for about 55% of the small-scale buildings. In other words, the proportion of small-scale steel-frame buildings has been increased. However, the structural criteria is not only insufficient but also structure for some small-scale steel-frame buildings does not have a reference.

An inter-layer noise problem in the apartment has been issued. An fundamental investigation has been carried in this study. An vibration-acoustic interactive analysis, has been selected to see the relationship between concrete slab thickness and its sound level in the apartment. Results showed that the sound pressure level had been decreased when the concrete slab thickness was increased. These results would be helpful to provide an useful information for developing of a high performance floor slab minimizing inter-layer noise.

Recently, a noise problem in the apartment has been broadly and socially issued. In this study, a numerical approach, i.e., vibration-acoustic interactive analysis, has been considered to investigate the relationship between damping ratio and the sound level in the apartment. From results, if the damping ratio has a range of 0 to 4 percentage, then the sound pressure level has been decreased. Finally, these results would be helpful to make a decision for developing of a high performance floor slab minimizing inter-layer noise.

Recently, a safety of the building has been issued. In this study, a statistical analysis of the licensing status of the building construction has been performed to check the trend of building construction. Finally, results of the statistical analysis would be helpful to improve of the building safety.

Shows the problem of exposure to vibration generated from vehicle and train adjacent to the railway facilities are housing facilities. As a method for solving the problems caused by the vibration countermeasures have been provided various methods such as the vibration of the vibration trajectory, wave barriers wall, vibration isolation mat. Therefore, in the present study is to evaluate the vibration analysis by using vibration isolation mat for vibration reduction of housing facilities.

The goal of the study is to investigate vibration reduction effects in the ground due to the train-induced vibration using wave barriers. Rubber-based material has been selected for wave barriers and various barrier depths have been considered during numerical analysis. Result shows that the reduction effects are increased with proportional to the barrier depth, as one expected. Finally, results can be applied to design wave barriers for reducing transferred train-induced vibration to near structures.

This paper is the result of analysing the Building Register. It describes the ebb and flow about small-scale buildings for 5years. Major cities are rapidly decreasing small-scale buildings. On the other hands, Small and medium-sized cities are monotonic. Currently, All of the Korea buildings are occupied by small-scale buildings up to 82%. So, This researcher suggest that these buildings need to standardized design of structure for preparing earthquake and abnormal climate.

Residential structures have been constructed near roads and railways in order to obtain an easy access to city and solve the limited land-use problem. But this trend has a weak point, such as noise and vibration due to the public transportation and it caused to make a civil petition. The goal of this study is to analyze the train-induced ground vibration effects on the structure and its reduction technique. Finally, this study can be helpful to provide a guideline to solve a civil petition and make a vibration reduction device.

Xp21 contiguous gene deletion syndrome involves the glycerol kinase (GK) gene, adrenal hypoplasia congenital (AHC) gene and Duchenne's muscular dystrophy (DMD) gene, which are located contiguously on Xp21 chromosome. The clinical features of a patient with Xp21 contiguous gene deletion syndrome are the sum of those of each disease; psychomotor retardation and lethargy for GK deficiency, hyperpigmentation and salt wasting dehydration for AHC, and muscular weakness and hypotonia for DMD. Chromosomal microarray analysis is performed for confirmation of Xp21 contiguous gene deletion syndrome. The goal of treatment is to control each of the diseases. We experienced and reported on a neonatal case of Xp21 contiguous gene deletion syndrome of AHC, GK deficiency, and DMD.

Das Koreanische Oberstgerichtshof entscheidet sich immer, der Streik als Arbeitskampf verwirkliche den Tatbestand “Geschäftshindernis” nach §314 KStGB. Und das Gericht entscheidet sich die Strafbarkeit des Streiks im Bezug auf die Rechtswidrigkeit, besonders als Rechtmässige Handlungen nach §20 KStGB. Aber diese Auffassung verstoße die Grundrechte der koreanischen Verfassung nach §33 Absatz 1, die Arbeitskampfrechte regelt. Das Geschäftshindernis nach §314 regelt als Tathandlung drei Modalitäten, nämlich die Vorspiegelung falscher oder durch die Entstellung wahrer Tatsachen einen Irrtum erregt, die Drohung mit einem empfindlichen Übel oder die Verbreitung falscher Tatsachen. Alle drei Tatmodalitäten sind aktives Tun. Aber das Streik ist Untrelassung. Die Entscheidung setzt auch die Vorhersehbarkeit des Streiks für die Verhüttung des Verlustes und der Verwirrung. Diese Auffassung steht auch nicht mit dem Grundgedanken des Arbeitskampfrechts als letztes, stärkst Kampfmittel gegen Arbeitsnehmer im Einklang. Die Auffassung des Oberstgerichtshofs, die das Streik als Strafhandlung (“Geschäftshindernis”) nach koreanischen Strafgesetzbuches anzusehen, verstoßt auch den Vorschlag der ILO, der das Streik als rechtmässiges Recht des Arbeitnehmers anzuerkenn fordert. Zum Schluß muß sich das Urteil des koreanischen Oberstgerichthofs, das das Streik als Geschäftshindernis tatbestandmäßig sei, ändern.

Korean Association of Criminal Case Studies that had scientific seminar for the first time on February 22, 1992 had 20th anniversary. On June 1, 1993, Pakyoungsa published No.1 of Korean Journal of Criminal Case Studies that included 14 theses released one year since February 1992. Since then, Korean Journal of Criminal Case Studies was published continuously, and it was likely to publish volume 20 in June 2012. The annotations that were published by Korean Association of Criminal Case Studies were written by 146 authors to include 404. The Korean Association of Criminal Case Studies selected either judicial precedents in dispute or judicial precedents from anther point of view to investigate from point of view of criticism and to be likely to develop continuously. Collection of Korean Journal of Criminal Case Studies that increased number of volume was likely to have model of journal of criminal case studies, for instance, wide scope of judicial precedents, variety of authors and annotation methods to have literary values.
