        I have tried to make electronic listening and analyzing appratus, which were used for temporomandibular disorder patient’s. It can be heard T.M.J.D’s sounds. Normal person heard 20~20,000 Hz sound. Electronic appratus can capture furthermore. Electronic appratus composed of stethoscope rubber tube,small microphone, amplifier, telemetry, oscilloscope and speaker. The aim of oscilloscope and speaker are seen and heard T.M.J. sounds both dentists and patients.In developing countries, they use electronic stethoscope for diagnosis of heart sound and use for tele diagnosis. In my nation, laws of food and drugs were very rigid, so many researcher’s developed electronic stethoscope, but they could not produce it because of law. I suggest that soften the rigid law, and many new product will be produced. The apparatus that I developed was operated quite well both wired and wireless. It is suggested that we must develop new apparatus for T.M.D. patients and Telemedicine.

        It is necessary to make preventive method for the trauma and disturbance complications of orofacial area because athletic trauma are physical and mental defects. Since 1913, an italian boxer discussed mouth guard with dentist and used it. It was reported that mouth guard from field prevented trauma, increased the muscle force and activated electromyogram although the history of mouth guard wearing was short. The mouth guard has prevented the trauma and also increased the muscle force. The purpose was to study muscle force and activity of EMG with mouth guard wearing. It concluded that mouth could prevent trauma and increase the muscle force

        The role of Cl channels in regulatory volume decrease (RVD) in human salivary gland acinar cells was examined using a whole-cell patch clamp technique. Human tissues were obtained from healthy volunteers or from patients with oromaxillofacial tumors. During the measurements, K+-free solutions were employed to eliminate contamination of whole-cell conductance by K+ currents. When the cells were exposed to a 70% hypotonic solution, outward-rectifying currents, which were not observed in the resting state, were found to have significantly increased both in human labial and parotid gland acinar cells. The amplitudes of the currents were reduced in a low CI bath solution. Furthermore, the addition of 100μM 5-Nitro-2- (3-phenyl propylamino) benzoic acid (NPPB) or 100μM 4,4'-diisothio cyanatostilbene-2,2'-disulphonic acid (DIDS), known to partially block Cl channels, significantly inhibited these currents. Its outward-rectifying current profile, shift in reversal potential in a low Cl bath solution and pharmacological properties suggest that this is a Cα2+ independent, volume activated Cl current. We conclude therefore that volume activated Cl channels play a putative role in RVD in human salivary gland acinar cells.

        The purpose of this study was to research the osseointegration in the interface of dental gold alloy. Some investigator presented that gold was biologically safe but occurred fibrous integration on implant interface. We used 4 different gold composition implant to investigate the osseointegration on implant interface. Osseointegration occurred on the all implant interface. We thought that osseointegration depended not only on gold composition but also on precious metal composition such as platinum or silver. If we use precious metal implant, it might reduce the Galvanic current and chemical corrosion which were occurred between titanium implant and percious metal suprastructure. We recommend that precious metal implant was superior to non-precious metal implant without financial problem.
