A high resolution spectrum of PU Vul obtained at Bohyunsan Astronomy Observatory on April 9, 2004 is presented. At this phase, PU Vul was an emission-line star and its continuum was very weak. Emission lines of He II, H I, [Ne IV], [N II], [O III], [Ar V ] and [Fe VII] dominated the spectrum of PU Vul. Many of them exhibited hat-top profiles with strong and multi-peaked emissions on flat-tops of their profiles. Radial velocities for these lines were measured. Origins of the spectral lines are discussed in terms of the wind and the photoionization models.

We report a high resolution spectrum of AG Pegasi observed at Bohyunsan Optical Astronomy Observatory (BOAO) on October 2, 2004. Some of permitted emission lines, for example H I, He I, He II, Fe II and Ti II were observed in the spectrum of AG Pegasi in 2004. Lines presented in the longer wavelength region than 6500\AA are identified. And radial velocities for each element are measured. Then we carefully discuss the geometrical feature of AG Pegasi in October 2004.

We plan to install the polarimetric optics in the AGU(acqusition and guiding unit) of the 1.8 m telescope at the BOAO(Bohyunsan Optical Astronomy Observatory). With this, the spectropolarimetric observations with the resolution of 45,000 and 60,000 in 4,000 to 8,000\AA ange could be done by the BOES(BOao Echelle Spectrograph). If we use the precision radial velocity measurement capability of the BOES, the accuracy of the magnetic field intensity measurements with this new BOES stokesmeter will be much increased. We present here the design concept of the BOES stokesmeter. Some details on the optics, mechanical parts, fiber parts and the lab test procedures of this stokesmeter are explained.

The collision model of the disk, based on collisions between the particles in the disk, is summarized. The dependence of disk stability on the collision of the particles is demonstrated. The energy spectrum produced in the disk is numerically calculated. We concluded that the results are not largely different from those of the standard disk model. It implies that the collision of the particles inside the disk may be considered here.
