        Purpose - This study investigates the effect of strategic orientation on market performance with emphasis on the mediative role of innovation capability, economic value and relational value in food producer companies. Research design, data, and methodology – In this descriptive study, a population of 244 managers and employees of Food industry companies in Tehran were investigated. The respondents filled a questionnaire on strategic orientation, innovation capability, economic value, relational value and market performance, during January to August 2018. Reliability and validity were evaluated by Cronbach’s alpha coefficient and confirmatory factor analysis. To analyze the data, Spearman's correlation coefficient and structural equation modeling were used by SmartPLS software. Results - Effects of competitor’s orientation and technology orientation on all three intermediary variables were positive and significant. The effect of customer orientation on innovation and economic value was positive and significant, but the effect of customer orientation on the value of the relationship was insignificant. Furthermore, entrepreneurial orientation has a positive and significant effect on innovation capability. The effects of three mediator variables on market performance are positive and significant. Conclusions - As the relationship between the mediator variables and market performance were positive and significant, companies should have a comprehensive plan of focus on strengthening these variables.

        Purpose According – to the applied studies knowledge, management implementation can improve organizational performance. The main objective of this study is to develop an understanding of critical success factors that enhance the successful implementation of knowledge management. Research design, data, and methodology – This study used Analytical Hierarchy Procedure (AHP), which is a multi-criteria decision making model that works on fuzzy logic. Using this method, researchers can find the proportion of success due to the contribution of the critical success factors (CSFs). Results – The results show that more than 70% of respondents indicate the possibility of success in knowledge management implementation. Further, the results show that top management support has the greatest relationship with the success of knowledge management implementation. This was followed by information technology, performance measurement, and culture, which had a high relation with knowledge management success. Process and activities have a moderate positive relation, while education and training has a low relation with success. Because of an inappropriate p-value, knowledge management strategies show no relation to the success of knowledge management in the Iranian health Industry. Conclusions – This study was conducted because of a critical issue in the Iranian health industry that indicated that a significant portion of the workforce would retire in 5 to 10 years. Most highly experienced and knowledge oriented employees would become eligible for retirement. Therefore, knowledge management is presented as a complete solution in the Iranian health sector.

        Purpose - objective of this research is to investigate individual, organizational and environmental factors influence tacit knowledge sharing among healthcare professionals. The transmission of Tacit Knowledge is crucial for organizations to ensure that TK will be passed throughout organization, rather than stored in single employee. Research design, data, and methodology - In this study investigate organizational, individual and environmental factors that influence on TK sharing. To test hypothesizes, the survey method was chosen. Sample size was 100 but 74% of questioners returned. Results - The main findings of this research are related to influence of personal, social cultural and behavioral factors on tacit knowledge sharing. According to extracted data all factors have influence on tacit knowledge sharing except Emotional stability that was found to be negatively related to tacit knowledge sharing. That may means anxiety and stress level of workplace applies negative enhance on tacit knowledge sharing. And finally results show that social environment, team oriented culture and organizational commitment have strongest influences on tacit knowledge sharing. Conclusion - the findings of this study shows that personal, social cultural and behavioral factors influence on tacit knowledge sharing. And also indicates that, social and organizational factors enhance strongly on tacit knowledge sharing.
