인터넷과 빅데이터 시대에 혼돈을 기반으로 한 디지털 영상암호화 알고리즘에 대한 연구는 정보보안 분야 의 연구 핫스팟 중 하나가 되었다. 기존의 텍스트 데이터에 비해 디지털 이미지는 데이터의 양이 많고 중복 성이 높은 특성을 가지고 있습니다. DES, AES 및 RSA와 같은 기존 방법은 디지털 이미지 암호화 요구 사 항을 충족할 수 없습니다. 초기 민감도와 고유한 임의성 때문에 카오스는 암호화의 혼란 및 확산 개념과 매 우 일치하므로 카오스 이미지 암호화에 대한 연구가 빠르게 발전했습니다. 본 논문에서는 주로 혼돈 영상 암호화에 대한 연구를 수행한다. 평문 영상에 대한 키 의존성을 목표로 비트 평면과 개선된 로지스틱 맵 기 반 영상 암호화 알고리즘을 제안한다. 알고리즘은 스크램블된 일반 텍스트 이미지의 낮은 4비트 비트 매트 릭스를 개선된 물류 맵의 제어 매개변수로 사용하여 일반 텍스트 이미지에 대한 키의 종속성을 높이고 놀 라운 일회성 비밀 특성을 갖습니다. 서로 다른 비트의 이미지 정보에 따라 서로 다른 강도의 암호화 알고리 즘을 설계하여 알고리즘의 효율성을 높입니다. 영상 암호화의 확산 모드를 목표로 하이퍼 카오스 시스템과 블록 모듈로 기반의 영상 암호화 알고리즘을 제안한다. 알고리즘은 하이퍼 카오스 시스템을 사용하여 카오 스 시퀀스를 반복적으로 생성하고, 암호화된 픽셀 주위에 임의의 이미지 블록을 분할하고, 블록의 픽셀 값 에 대해 적분 모듈로 연산을 수행하여 암호화된 픽셀 회색 값을 얻음으로써 확산 범위를 효과적으로 확장 하고 확산의 무작위성을 향상시킵니다.

1970년대 이후 게임시장 규모의 폭발적 성장과 함께 하드웨어의 발전을 바탕으로 온라인 게임의 성장을 비 롯하여 게임 규모는 지속적으로 확장하고 있다. 대규모 자본과 인력이 투입된 이른바 AAA게임은 게임의 시장규모를 증가시킨 순기능 이외에 게임플레이의 획일화를 가져온 역기능으로도 작용하게 되었다. 이러한 시장의 반대측면에서 소규모 또는 1인 개발자들에 의해 개발되는 인디게임이 차츰 주목받고 성장하고 있 는 추세에 있다. 특히 ‘마인크래프트’의 성공 이후에 인디게임 업계로 진입하는 소규모 게임 개발자와 1인 게임 개발자들의 양도 동반 증가하였으며, 이들은 AAA게임이 가지지 못한 독특한 아이디어와 디자인 요소 를 활용하고, 크라우드 펀딩 등의 방법을 통해 자금을 조달하는 제작 형태를 띄고 있다. 인디게임은 2022년 현재 게임 플랫폼 ‘스팀’에 등록된 게임수가 40043개에 이를 정도로 지속적인 시장 확대를 이루고 있으나 최근, 스폰서와 대규모 투자를 바탕으로 한 인디게임 개발의 추세에 힘입어 소규모 또는 1인 인디게임 개 발자들의 경쟁력은 낮아지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 2020년부터 2022년까지 ‘인디게임‘ 키워드를 바탕으로 빅 데이터 분석방법을 통하여 인디게임 산업의 이슈를 추출하고 이슈와 관련한 게임의 현황과 향후 인디게임 방향성을 밝혀보고자 하였다. 연구의 결과로 2020년의 인디게임 플랫폼의 보급과 함께 시장이 확장되는 것 을 알 수 있으며, 2021년은 인디게임 보급을 뒷받침 할 수 있는 지원정책이 확산되는 현상을 파악할 수 있 었다. 2022년은 다양한 해외 플랫폼을 바탕으로 지원정책에 힘입어 지속적으로 제작되고 있으며 해외진출 을 시도함과 동시에 인디게임 산업의 활성화를 위한 육성정책이 이루어지고 있음을 알 수 있다.

Bacillus thuringiensis (B. t.) strains are important microorganism because they produced a large amount of δ-endotoxin protein per bacterial cell and their toxins are highly toxic to Lepidoptera, Coleoptera, and Diptera depending on B. t. To date, more than a hundred Cry proteins have been identified and classified into 195 holotypes, based on the amino acid sequence identity. The Cry proteins or cry genes from the Korean native B. t. isolates in this study were not identified yet. The electrospray ionization of quadrupole time of flight mass spectrometry (ESI Q-TOF MS) was used to get the internal amino acid sequences of the endotoxin-spore culture mixtures of B. t. isolates, for which polymerase chain reaction (PCR) techniques were unable to detect the cognate genes. Most of Cry proteins seperated, excized, and extracted from the one dimensional - polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (1D-PAGE), instead of 2D-PAGE, were matched with protein databases using MS-MASCOT search program. The internal amino acid sequences which were submitted to protein BLAST (basic local alignment search tool) had partially homology with the Cry protein databases. Hence, present data strongly suggest that the de novo amino acid sequencing and ESI Q-TOF/MS analysis along with MASCOT search could be used as a simple and rapid method for detection of novel Cry toxins from B. t. isolates and identification of B. t. isolates.

Some responses of cryptic mealybug, Pseudococcus cryptus, for a sex pheromone, [(1R,3R)-3-isopropenyl-2,2-dimethylcyclobutyl]methyl 3-methyl-3-butenoate, were studied to develop the applying strategy of sex pheromone trap for efficient monitoring and control-time decision in citrus orchards grown in greenhouse for 2 years (2007-2008). The optimal concentration of a sex pheromone was 1.0㎎ per hexane 100㎕ in a using pheromone lure. There was no significant effect of the attraction of male adults among different colours (white, blue and yellow) of plate-type trap baited with sex pheromone. The more male adults were attracted, as the distance of a pheromone trap form a citrus tree infested with cryptic mealybug was closer. The male adults were caught to sex pheromone trap from middle April to late November, and its peak period was the middle of July. The thermal constant for the next attraction was about 640 degree-days (lower threshold temperature=12℃) after confirmed the first attraction of male adults. The optimum control time for cryptic mealybug after the first attraction of male adults were confirmed was estimated as 450 to 500 degree-days.

A B. thuringiensis kurstaki was first discovered by H. Dulmage in 1970 and commercialized as a DipelTM due to powerful toxicity to various Lepidoptera. Previously we isolated B. thuringiensis kurstaki on the basis of plasmid DNA profiling and H-antigen serotyping. The aims of this study were to screen larvicidal activities and select the highly active B. thuringiensis isolates against the important polyphagous pests of mandarine oranges and vegetables. The colony forming unit (CFU/ml) of each of culture mixtures was determined to estimate the δ-endotoxin concentration. The bioassay against artificial diet-rearing insects was conducted by surface contamination methods using the Petri dishes specially designed and manufactured by SPL Lifesciences. The insecticidal activities to the natural diet-rearing insect were measured by the application of spore and crystal mixtures to the leaf discs of the chinese cabbage with Potter spray tower. The following insects were used for the larvicidal activities of B. thuringiensis isolates: beet armyworm Spodoptera exigua, diamondback moth Plutella xylostella, giant looper Ascotis selenaria, tobacco cutworm Spodoptera litura, and variegated cutworm Peridroma sucia.

Sewage Pipe Renewal (SPR) method rehabilitate pipeline by forming a PVC profile inside the pipe by using a winding machine without excavating the soil above the pipe which lowers the cost of the rehabilitation. This study will investigate the effects of varying the pipe’s diameter to its wall thickness ratio. The dimensions for the diameter and minimum wall thickness of the non-reinforced concrete pipe will be based from ASTM C14. The finite element analysis software, ABAQUS, will be used to model and perform the analysis for the composite pipes. To account for the soil-pipe interaction, soil springs will be used as the bedding support to hold the pipe in place. Additionally, three soil types will be used to compare the behavior of the pipe with different diameter to thickness ratios. The results from the finite element analysis will be shown in tables and plotted into graphs and a concluding remarks will be provided.
