본 연구에서는 김천과 목포 대의 QP-1과 QS-1을 비교함으로써 남한 중 서부 일대 지각의 물리적 성질을 알아보았다. QP-1과 QS-1은 한국지질자원연구원에서 운영중인 2개 관측소인 KMC(김천), MUN(무안) 지진 자료와 기상청에서 운영하는 4개 관측소인 CPN(추풍령), KUC(거창), MOP(목포), WAN(완도) 지진 기록을 바탕으로 확장 코다 규격화법을 이용하여 구하였다. 남한 중부의 QP-1은 (1.4±3.9)×10-3에서 (2.3±3.5)×10-4, QS-1은 (1.8±1.3)×10-3에서 (1.9±1.5)×10-4이고, 남한 남서부의 QP-1 값은 (5.9±4.8)×10-3에서 (2.2±3.8)×10-4, QS-1 값은 (0.5±2.8)×10-3에서 (1.8±1.6)×10-4으로 모두 주파수가 3.0 Hz에서 24 Hz로 늘어남에 따라 그 값이 감소하는 주파수 의존적 특성을 보인다. 이들 값을 주파수의 지수 형태로 나타내면 중부는 QP-1이 0.003f-0.49, QS-1이 0.005f-1.03, 남서부는 QP-1이 0.026f-1.47, QS-1이 0.001f-0.49로 이 값들은 지진학적으로 안정한 지역의 값과 거의 유사하다. 그러나 남서부의 QP-1 값이 다소 높은데, 이는 자료수의 부족 때문이라고 추정된다.

본 실험은 한우 종빈우의 임신말기에 Se과 Vit. E 투여가 종빈우에서 태어난 송아지의 발육능력을 조사하고 혈액화학치 및 혈중 Vit. E 농도에 미치는 영향을 조사하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. Se과 Vit. E를 분만 1개월전에 투여 한 한우 종빈우에서 태어난 송아지의 혈액성분에 미치는 영향을 검토한 결과, 평균 혈중 albumin은 3.36, 3.51, 3.43, 3.45, 3.83 및 3.31g/d1로서 Vit. E 2000IU 투여구가 여타구보다 높은 성적을 나타냈다(P<0.05). 평균 혈중 cholesterol함량은 Vit. E 1500IU 투여구가 여타구보다 높은 함량을 나타냈으나, 혈중 BUN, creatiine, glucose, inorganic phosphorous, calcium, total protein 및 triglycerides 함량은 처리구간 유의적인 차이는 없었다(P>0.05). 2. Se과 Vit. E를 분만 2개월 전에 투여한 한우 종빈우에서 태어난 송아지의 혈액성분에 미치는 영향을 검토한 결과, 평균 혈중 albumin, cho-lesterol, BUN, creatiine, glucose, inorganic phos-phorous, calcium, total protein 및 triglycerides 함량은 처리구간 유의적인 차이는 없었다(P>0.05). 3. 분만 1개월 전에 Se과 Vit. E 투여한 한우 종빈우에서 태어난 송아지의 혈중 vitamin E 농도에 미치는 영향을 검토한 결과, 한우 종빈우에서 태어난 송아지의 생후 15일째 혈중 Vit. E 농도는 처리구간 커다란 차이가 없었으나, 생후 45일째 혈중 Vit. E 농도는 투여구가 대조구보다 높은 농도를 나타냈다. 모든 처리구에서 송아지의 생후 일령이 증가함에 따라 혈중 Vit. E 농도가 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 4. 분만 전 2개월 전에 Se과 Vit. E를 투여한 한우 종빈우에서 태어난 송아지의 생후 15일과 45일째 혈중 Vit. E의 농도는 처리구간 커다란 차이는 없었다(P>0.05).

본 연구는 수수수단그라스 교잡종 품종들의 생육특성과 수량성 및 사료가치를 조사하여 국내 적응성이 높은 새로운 품종을 선발할 목적으로 출수형 11품종, 비출수형 4품종을 공시하여 2000년 부터 2001년까지 2년간 수원 및 천안에서 15처리 난괴법 3반복으로 시험을 수행하였다. 출수형 품종의 건물수량은 AG 2501, GW 9161F, GW 9110G, DMD 순으로 많았다. 비출수형은 지역별 순위는 PAC F8350이 수위를 차지하였으나 평균 건물수량

본 연구는 산림부산물인 지엽류를 보다 효율적으로 활용할 수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 졸참나무지엽과 소나무지엽에 대한 사료가치를 구명하였으며 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 일반조성분인 조단백질 함량은 참나무지엽과 소나무지엽이 각각 6.00∼7.89%, 5.15∼6.06%로 참나무지엽이 다소 높았으며 생육이 진행됨에 따라 참나무지엽은 감소하였으나 소나무지엽은 생육시기에 크게 영향을 받지 않았다. 조지방 함량은 각각 1.90∼2.68%, 6.30∼6.33%

The actual overall migration data obtained from plastic food packaging materials into food simulants under high temperature testing conditions as described in the regulations of European Union, USA, and Korea or Japan were compared. Overall migration values(OMVs) with non-fatty food simulants under high temperature conditions were observed to be generally below 2.5 mg/dm^2 except polyamides(CPA and PA 6,6) which were tested at 121 for 2 hrs. As for the fatty food simulants, the OMVs with soybean oil were higher than other simulants. Among the films tested, PVC wrap showed higher OMVs ranging betwn 23.9 and 54.6 mg/dm^2 than others. The OMVs were measured at higher level with the elevation of contact temperature and the extension of contact time, and in fatty food simulants rather than in non-fatty simulants. Under similar testing temperature and time conditions. the OMVs tended to be increased in polar films like PA with polar simulants, and contrarily in non-polar films like PO with non-polar simulants. It is noteworthy that a discrepancy with regard to the result of OMVs was observed for some films as a result of different migration testing methods and conditions of each country areas.

본 연구는 최초투자와 후속투자는 그 전략적 동기나 결정요인 그리고 투자행태 등이 크게 다름에도 불구하고 지금까지의 연구들이 이를 구분하지 않고 일괄적으로 취급해 왔다는 점에 착안하여, 이론적인 측면에서 후속투자의 개념과 선행 이론 및 실증연구를 체계화하여 정리하고, 실증적인 측면에서 우리나라의 92개 해외진출 전자기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 이를 기초로 후속투자의 결정요인을 분석하였다. 실증분석 결과, 기초통계적인 측면에서 대기업이 중소기업보다 후속투자를 더 많이 수행하고 있다는 점이 통계적으로 유의한 결과를 보였으나 개발도상국과 선진국간에는 별다른 차이를 보이지 않았다. 다음으로 로짓분석 및 회귀분석 결과, 우리나라 전자기업의 후속투자에는 기업의 규모, 자산의 특유성, 지식집약도, 문화적 거리, 해외투자 위험, 현지국에 대한 투자경험 등이 통계적으로 유의한 결정요인으로 밝혀지고 있다. 즉 기업의 규모가 클수록, 자산의 특유성 및 지식집약도가 높을수록, 그리고 문화적 거리와 해외투자 위험이 낮을수록 후속투자 가능성이 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 아울어 현지국에 대한 투자경험도 후속투자를 촉진시키는 중요한 결정요인으로 작용하고 있음이 밝혀지고 있다. 후속투자에 관한 이러한 연구 및 실증분석 결과는 우리나라 전자기업의 최초투자 및 후속투자전략 수립에 여러가지 전략적 시사점을 제공해줄 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. 또한 지금까지 최초투자와 후속투자를 구분하지 않고 일괄적으로 이루어졌던 해외투자 결정요인에 관한 선행 이론연구 및 실증연구를 이론적·실증적인 측면에서 크게 보완해 줄 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

Dexterity is defined in the present study as interdigital manipulative skill or the fine manipulative movements of objects held between the thumb and fingers. The Grooved pegboard test has been used to evaluate dexterity requring visual-motor coordination. The purpose of this study was to standardize the completion time of the Grooved pegboard test in different age groups and gender. Normative values for the Grooved Pegboard Test was developed on the sample of 282 healthy volunteers (89 men and 183 women). Subjects were stratified according to gender and dominant hand and were subdivided into six groups by blocking. The results of this study were as follows: 1) There was a significant difference in completion time between dominant and nondominant hand in both men and women groups (p<.05). 2) There were significant differences in completion time between men and women group (p<.05) 3) There were significant differences in completion time among age groups (p<.05).

This study was done to examine the relationship between serum chemical values (urea nitrogen, glucose, total protein and cholesterol) of recipients and pregnancy rate following embryo transfer. Blood samples were taken from 184 Holstein heifers or cows on Day 6 or 7 (Day 0=day of estrus) to analysis for serum urea nitrogen, glucose, total protein and cholesterol concentrations. After selection of recipients, frozen Holstein embryos were thawed and directly transferred to recipients non-surgically. The average serum concentrations of urea nitrogen, glucose, total protein and cholesterol were 13.8 mg/dl, 56.5 mg/dl, 7.2 mg/dl, 124.8 mg/dl, respectively. The average concentrations of serum urea nitrogen and cholesterol were lower (P<0.05) in pregnant recipients (10.7 mg/dl, 99.2 mg/dl) than in non-pregnant recipients (13.0 mg/dl, 122.2 mg/dl), respectively, although the concentrations of glucose and total protein were not different. These results show serum urea nitrogen and cholesterol concentrations can be used important factors for selection of recipients in Holstein.

First, in order to improve selecting method of quality characteristic level desired by customers, S/N(Signal-to-Noise) ratio of Taguchi in larger-the-better characteristics was applied. Second, the Matrix classification standard of ACE(Attribute Categorization Evaluation) is presented using KANO model on difference analysis of importance and satisfaction through questionnaire from customers. This is for reflecting the diverse EC which customers want in EC quality sufficiently. Also, establishing sales point will be helpful in business strategy through presenting types that are able to decide planning quality. Third, the important measure of EC about correlation among quality characteristics and a new weight of EC are calculated depending on importance of EC and the weight of customer attribute and materials of relationship matrix through correlation matrix analysis.
