Explants from stem, leaf and root tissue of Cissus juttae were plased on Ms medium supplemented ifferent combination of 2.4-D, NAA, Kinetin and BA in a actorial experiment. some callus formed in every treatment, but the best callus growth was on media containing 1.0 mg/l NAA and 1.0 mg/l BA. Formation of advantitious emboyos was evident in callus to MS medium supplemented with 0.1 mg/l.
