This thesis is mainly concerns about regionalinnovation system ofmetropolitan economiczonesofinter-governmental governanceofJing-jin-jiin China.Forthat,Ihavestudied the background of metropolitan economic zones of Jin-jin-jiin China,in termsofhistoricalsystem,geography,and economy and pointed out the limitation and problems of present regional developing system.To get to know the regional innovation system of metropolitan economic zones of Jing-jin-ji,Ihavelookedathow thediscussionshadproceeded aboutformationofinter-governmentalgovernancein Jing-jin-ji, and whatarethecharacteristicsaboutit.Also,regarding the formation and operation ofinter-governmentalgovernance,I have mainly studied spatialcategory,policy issues,statusof real operation, etc. All those kind of discussions about inter-governmentalgovernance ofChina show lots ofpolicy implicationstoKoreaninter-governmentalgovernance.
