        This study examined the structural, physicochemical, and functional characteristics of five black soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merr.) cultivars—Cheongja5, Danheuk, Socheongja, Seum, and Soriheuk—bred and cultivated in Korea. We conducted comprehensive analyses on morphology, microstructure, thermal and hydration properties, pasting behavior, and antioxidant activity to identify cultivar-specific differences in processing suitability and functional properties. The results indicated significant varietal variations in seed coat ratio, cotyledon density, and color, which affected thermal stability, hydration, and viscosity development during heating. Cultivars with compact cotyledon matrices, such as Cheongja5 and Danheuk, displayed high enthalpy (ΔH), low solubility, and limited viscosity development, suggesting high structural stability and low thermal reactivity-traits favorable for thermally stable or beverage-type applications. In contrast, cultivars with looser structures and greater surface exposure, like Seum and Socheongja, exhibited higher swelling power, dispersion stability, and RVA viscosities, indicating their suitability for viscous or semi-solid systems. Notably, Soriheuk showed the highest antioxidant activity and levels of phenolic and flavonoid compounds, correlating with its high seed coat ratio and dark pigmentation, positioning it as a promising functional ingredient. These findings underscore that the physicochemical and structural diversity among black soybean cultivars significantly influences their processing performance and functional potential, providing a scientific foundation for selecting and developing functional cultivars.

        본 연구의 목적은 치유 정원을 방문한 이용자를 대상으로 치유 정원의 환경 특성, 몰입경험, 회복 경험 간의 구조적 관계를 검증하는 데 있다. 그리고 환경 특성과 회복 경험 간의 관계에서 몰입경험 의 간접효과를 실증적으로 규명하고자 한다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 치유 정원에 방문한 경험 이 있는 성인 남,녀를 모집단으로 하여 비확률 표본 추출 방법(Non-probability sampling method) 중 편의 표본 추출 방법(Convenience sampling method)으로 설문조사를 하였다. 배포한 설문지 중 283명의 설문지를 수집하였으며, 이 중 연구 목적에 맞지 않는다고 판단하는 33부의 설문지를 제외한 250부가 최종 분석에 사용되었다. 분석 방법은 SPSS 25.0, Amos 25.0프로그램 을 이용하여 빈도분석, 측정모형분석, 신뢰도 검증, 상관관계분석, 구조모형 분석, Bootstrapping 방법을 이용한 매개효과 분석을 하였다. 이에 따른 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 치유 정원의 환경 특성은 회복 경험에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 치유 정원에서 의 몰입경험은 회복 경험에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 치유 정원의 환경 특성은 몰입경험에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 환경 특성과 회복 경험 간의 관계에서 몰입경험은 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

        This study evaluated the design, fabrication, and performance of CFRP composite propeller blades for naval applications. The blades were designed with a sandwich structure and a dovetail hub connection to achieve both high strength and reduced weight. During fabrication, the outer skin and Melamine Foam core were bonded using adhesive films and integrated through autoclave molding and post-curing. The finished blades were coated with a low-gloss urethane clear finish, and the leading-edge areas received additional coating to ensure surface protection and operational identification. Static bending tests and finite element analysis were conducted to assess failure behavior under maximum load and local stress concentrations, while natural frequency measurements(Hammer test) confirmed agreement between analytical and experimental results, verifying the reliability of dynamic response predictions. The results demonstrate that the composite blades offer superior weight reduction and vibration damping compared to metal counterparts and can serve as a foundational reference for future naval propeller design and optimization of various rotating and winged structures.

        This study numerically investigated thermal-structural characteristics of a liquefied hydrogen (LH) storage cylinder with varying inner pressures and surrounding temperatures. A thermal-structure coupled analysis approach was used to predict the thermal-structural characteristics of the LH storage cylinder. For the simulation, the shape of the LH storage cylinder was simplified using SUS 316L and Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic (CFRP) materials. As a result, the inner pressure was a crucial factor determining the structural property (i.e., stress and deformation) of the LH storage cylinder. The high pressure led to increased stress and deformation. Additionally, the surrounding temperature affected the stress and deformation of the LH storage cylinder. For example, at a high surrounding temperature, the temperature gradient along the cylinder increased, thereby causing the occurrence of thermal stress. However, this temperature effect on the stress was negligible compared to the effect of inner pressure. The findings of this study will provide meaningful data for improving the structural safety of LH storage systems.

        This study analyzed the structural characteristics and influencing factors of fish assemblages according to lake size (small, medium, large) based on fish survey data from 90 lakes designated under the National Aquatic Ecosystem Health Monitoring Program in Korea. From surveys conducted between 2022 and 2024, a total of 107 fish species belonging to 32 families were recorded. The dominant species was the bluegill (Lepomis macrochirus, relative abundance [RA]: 21.2%), followed by Hemiculter eigenmanni as the subdominant species (RA: 13.6%). Statistical analysis based on lake size revealed significant differences across eight ecological indicators including species richness, abundance, diversity, evenness, richness, dominance, number of endemic species, and number of exotic species according to lake size. These indicators tended to increase with lake size. While this pattern may be initially attributed to positive factors associated with larger lakes, such as greater habitat heterogeneity and food resource diversity, it is considered that the primary factor influencing these results is the difference in the number of sampling sites per lake. Since sampling sites were designated based on the national water quality monitoring network, they are considered representative of each lake’s environmental conditions. Bray-Curtis similarity and SIMPER analyses identified patterns in assemblage similarity and the key contributing species for each size group. This study provides empirical evidence that demonstrates the influence of lake size on fish assemblage composition and structure and highlights the necessity of incorporating lake size and typology into fish-based assessments of lentic ecosystem health.

        이 연구는 시설 내 노인학대의 지속적 증가와 구조적 요인에 주목하여, 시설 환경에 서 발생하는 노인학대의 구조적 특성과 교정적 개입 방안을 다각도로 분석하였다. 민・ 형사・행정 판례와 최근 국내외 선행연구를 종합 분석한 결과, 시설 내 노인학대는 인 력 부족, 낮은 근로환경, 조직문화의 결함, 감독 시스템 부재 등 복합적 구조적 요인이 작용함이 확인되었다. 특히 방임, 신체적・정서적・경제적 학대, 성적 학대 등이 반복 적・조직적으로 발생하고 있으며, 신고・처벌 위주의 기존 대응은 실질적 예방과 재발 방지에 한계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 본 연구는 구조적 개선과 함께, 가해자 대 상 교정적 프로그램 개발, 조직문화 혁신, 직원 교육 강화 등 다양한 정책적・실천적 제언을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 실효성 있는 예방 및 재발 방지 대책 마련에 기초 자료 로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

        The design of buried underground flexible pipes proposed in domestic standards does not properly reflect changes in ground characteristics. Overseas standards suggest that pipe deflection must be considered while designing them. Therefore, in this study, the structural behavior of underground polyvinyl chloride pipes was investigated through experiments and the finite element analysis. In addition, when the pipe deflection occurred at 3% and 5%, the hydraulic characteristics of the polyvinyl chloride pipe showed a slight difference compared to the round pipe.

        Rice ratooning is the cultural practice that easily produces secondary rice from the stubble left behind after harvesting the main crop. ‘Daol’ is an extremely early growing rice variety. Planting this variety early allows for an additional ratoon harvest after the primary rice harvest. The plant growth and yield of ratoon rice were very low compared to those of main rice. Protein, amylose content, and head rice rate were higher in ratoon rice than in main rice. The distribution by the rice flour particle size of main and ratoon rice was similar. The damaged starch content in ratoon rice was relatively high at 6.1%. Ratoon rice required a longer time and higher temperature for pasting than main rice. Compared to the original rice, peak viscosity (PV), hot paste viscosity (HPV), cool paste viscosity (CPV), and breakdown (BD) were very low, and setback (SB) was high. As a result of analyzing the gelatinization properties of main and ratoon rice using differential calorimetry, it was found that the onset (To), peak (Tp), and conclusion (Tc) of ratoon rice starch were processed at a lower temperature than those of main rice. The gelatinization enthalpy of both samples was similar. The distribution of amylopectin short chains in ratoon rice was higher than that in main rice.

        산화아연 막은 투명한 전도성 물질로써 다양한 분야의 광전자소자에 이용되고 있다. 그러므로 산화아연 막의 특성을 규명하는 것은 광전자소자의 성능을 높이는데 매우 중요한 역할을 할 것이다. 본 논 문에서는 이러한 산화아연 막을 용액공정 기반으로 제작하여 형태적, 구조적 특성을 평가하고자 한다. 구 체적으로는 졸-겔 방법을 반복적으로 시행하여, 시행 횟수에 따른 산화아연 막의 물성의 변화를 관찰할 것 이다. 일정한 용액 조건하에서, 5회의 반복적인 졸-겔 방법을 시행한 결과 결정화가 진행되는 것을 확인하 였다. 7회 이상에서는 원소 구성 및 결정화도가 특정 값에 수렴하는 경향을 보였다. 최종적인 산화아연 막 의 평균결정의 크기는 약 10.7 nm 정도로 계산되었다. 본 연구를 통해 최적의 결정화를 보이는 공정횟수 는 7회였다. 본 연구 결과 및 방법론은 다양한 용액공정 변수를 가변시키면서 적용할 수가 있고 최적의 공 정조건을 확립하는데 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

        Laparoscopy instrument requires blood vessel ligator to prevent blood leakage. Clip ligation device is widely used to prevent blood loss and secure surgical vision by using blood vessel ligator. However, in order to properly install the clip to the vessel ligator and ligate the blood vessel by the ligation machine, the device is properly operated and the parts constituting the jaw areas should be ensuring sufficient strength and rigidity during the operating. Therefore, the clip binding forces were calculated through a dynamic model of the blood vessel ligator. As a result, the force satisfies the target value of 8.5 N or more regardless of the grip force positions. And structural analysis was carried out to find out the maximum resistance force at the tip of the inner shaft. The maximum load was about 45.6 N, which sufficiently satisfies the development target of 40.0 N or higher.

        Structural characteristics have been analyzed for gear system in a commercial iron bending machine which is widely used at many building construction sites. This complicated gear system in the bending machine is fundamental power transfer unit from electrical motors, and it is composed of various configuration structure including various spur and helical gear assembly. Main structural characteristics of the gear system such as stress and deformation distributions are predicted with numerical simulation of FEM method for various operating conditions of torque and rotation speed. Results show that there is large deformation in lower region of driving gear, and high stress near those contact area which is greatly affected by motor torque. These results can be applied for the design improvement of efficient gear system in the iron bar bending machine.

        Ti3C2Tx MXene, which is a representative of the two-dimensional MXene family, is attracting considerable attention due to its remarkable physicochemical and mechanical properties. Despite its strengths, however, it is known to be vulnerable to oxidation. Many researchers have investigated the oxidation behaviors of the material, but most researches were conducted at high temperatures above 500 oC in an oxidation-retarding environment. In this research, we studied changes in the structural and electrical properties of Ti3C2Tx MXene induced by low-temperature heat treatments in ambient conditions. It was found that a number of TiO2 particles were formed on the MXene surface when it was mildly heated to 200 oC. Heating the material to higher temperatures, up to 400 oC, the phase transformation of Ti3C2Tx MXene to TiO2 was accelerated, resulting in a TiO2/ Ti3C2Tx hybrid. Consequently, the metallic nature of pure Ti3C2Tx MXene was transformed to semiconductive behavior upon heat-treating at ≥ 200 oC. The results of this research clearly demonstrate that Ti3C2Tx MXene may be easily oxidized even at low temperatures once it is exposed to air.

        Cr thin films with O added are deposited on sapphire substrate by DC sputtering and are nitrided in NH3 atmosphere between 300 and 900 oC for various times. X-ray diffraction results show that nitridation begins at 500 oC, forming CrN and Cr2N. Cr oxides of Cr2O3 are formed at 600 oC. And, at temperatures higher than 900 oC, the intermediate materials of Cr2N and Cr2O3 disappear and CrN is dominant. The atomic concentration ratios of Cr and O are 77% and 23%, respectively, over the entire thickness of as-deposited Cr thin film. In the sample nitrided at 600 oC, a CrN layer in which O is substituted with N is formed from the surface to 90 nm, and the concentrations of Cr and N in the layer are 60% and 40%, respectively. For this reason, CrN and Cr2N are distributed in the CrN region, where O is substituted with N by nitridation, and Cr oxynitrides are formed in the region below this. The nitridation process is controlled by inter-diffusion of O and N and the parabolic growth law, with activation energy of 0.69 eV.
