세계적으로 환경에 대한 관심이 커지면서, 탄소 저감 및 탄소 중립을 위한 다양한 연구들이 진행되고 있다. 특히 최 근에는 탄소 포집 및 저장 기술인 CCS(Carbon Capture and Storage)에 주목이 높아졌다. 그뿐만 아니라, 대기 중의 탄소를 효과 적으로 저장하는 특성을 가진 바이오차는 탄소 중립에 기여할 수 있는 방안으로 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 건설 산업에서 는 시멘트 대체재를 활용한 탄소 감소 관련 연구가 진행 중이며, 본 연구에서는 바이오차를 콘크리트 및 모르타르의 시멘트 대 체재로 활용하여 시멘트 사용량을 줄이고, 동시에 콘크리트 및 모르타르 내의 탄소를 포집하고 저장하여 탄소 배출량을 감소시 키고자 한다. 이를 위해 바이오차의 시멘트 치환율을 0%, 10%, 20%로 설정하고, 각각의 경우에 대해 콘크리트 및 모르타르의 슬럼프, pH 농도, 그리고 압축강도를 비교하였다.실험 결과에 따르면, 바이오차의 시멘트 치환율이 증가함에 따라 슬럼프와 압 축강도가 감소하는 경향을 보였으며, pH는 유사한 양상을 나타냈다.
The contemporary high-tech structures have become enlarged and their functions more diversified. Steel concrete structure and composite material structures are not exceptions. Therefore, there have been on-going studies on fiber reinforcement materials to improve the characteristics of brittleness, bending and tension stress and others, the short-comings of existing concrete. In this study, the purpose is to develop the estimated model with dynamic characteristics following the steel fiber mixture rate and formation ration by using the nerve network in mixed steel fiber reinforced concrete (SFRC). This study took a look at the tendency of studies by collecting and analyzing the data of the advanced studies on SFRC, and facilitated it on the learning data required in the model development. In addition, by applying the diverse nerve network model and various algorithms to develop the optimal nerve network model appropriate to the dynamic characteristics. The accuracy of the developed nerve network model was compared with the experiment data value of other researchers not utilized as the learning data, the experiment data value undertaken in this study, and comparison made with the formulas proposed by the researchers. And, by analyzing the influence of learning data of nerve network model on the estimation result, the sensitivity of the forecasting system on the learning data of the nerve network is analyzed.
Preservation of wooden structure due to deterioration and corrosion is based on preservation of original form, and wooden member should not be arbitrarily replaced or damaged. Accordingly, preservation processing method with synthetic resins is embossed. But it has an adverse effect because there is no exact standard for the reinforcement ratio with the synthetic. This paper experimental study for reinforcement ratio of wooden compressive member with synthetic resins, Reinforced ratio on section area of compressive member and direction. As a result, synthetic resin reinforcement selected as experimental variables by proper ratio enhanced compressive capacity of reinforced wooden member, than new wooden member.
This study evaluated the fluidity and compressive strength of concrete by replacement ratio of blast furnace slag fine aggregate and ferronickel slag fine aggregate to investigate the possibility of replacing natural fine aggregate with steel slag for fine aggregate. Test results show that the use of steel slag fine aggregate improves the fluidity of concrete and compressive strength of concrete was higher than plain concrete.
This study was investigated the influence of increase in compressive strength according to water reducing ratio. As a result of the analysis, it is determined that compressive strength according to water reducing ratio was increased by increasing the efficiency of cement.
In this study, It was found that replacing a large amount of mineral admixture, we satisfied the target, compressive strength of 30, 50MPa and manufactured lightweight concrete reducing CO2 emissions up to 42.1~52.8% comparing normal concrete
연구는 알칼리 활성시멘트(Alkali Activated Cement)를 콘크리트에 활용하기 위한 기초적인 연구로서 잔골재 및 굵은골재의 혼합비는 일정하게 하고, 활성화제/플라이 애쉬의 혼합비, 그리고 활성화제 중 물유리, 수산화나트륨, 물의 혼합비를 변화시킨 AAC 콘크리트에 대한 압축강도를 측정하였다. 또한 각 변수에 따른 압축강도의 특성을 분석하고, AAC 콘크리트의 최적 혼합비를 구하였다. 그 결과 최대 압축강도 발현을 위한 활성화제 중 물유리, 수산화나트륨, 물의 최적 혼합비는 4.0:1.0:2.5 이었으며, 활성화제/플라이 애쉬의 최적 혼합비는 0.7 이었다
